damn its 28+ everyday where i live

i own a stock R-33 GTS-T and the only mod it has is a 3inch exhaust system and i want to wind up my boost to 10psi.......would i need a aftermarket FMIC or will the factory one do the job?

awesome,i used to have a aftermarket bov on my r-33 but removed it cause all of the stalling but i do miss the noise but one of my mates gave me his hks pod filter a while ago but i never installed it....i will now if it makes the stock bov sound better.

yeah i believe you,the guy was inbred or something cause after i told him they were round he was looking at the rectangular ones so i just walked out on him,i will go to repco in coffs harbour and most of the staff there own imports so they would know which narva indicators i need.

my bumper is on its way and i went to repco and asked about the narva 110mm indicators and the guy had no idea what i was on about,he even grabbed a narva book out and had a look through it and still had no clue. by the way does anyone know where i can a r-33 series 1 reo bar from? i rang just jap and they have none and dont know when they will be getting any in and none of the wreckers around my town have any 2nd hand ones seeming skylines are rare here.

hi all,my r-33 is acting up and dont know why??? a little while back my battery died and while i was recharging it i drained the power out of my car by pressing on the brakes so it would reset the ecu. put the fully charged battery back in and took it for a good drive and everything was running perfect. yesterday i took it for a drive and i have noticed is that everytime i start the car its taking a while for it to kick over and when i got back i pulled up at my house put the clutch in and it almost stalled and i gave it a little rev and it started idle hunting and kept trying to stall.....any ideas? the last time it was idle hunting was when i had a bov but i took it off ages ago and the car is stock except for 3inch exhaust system. the car is due for a service,needs new fluids,timing belt and spark plugs.

hi everyone,im buying a 400r front bumper for my series 1 r33 gts-t but i have to replace my factory front indicators and get the round ones to fit in the bumper and i like them better anyways. can you guys tell me where to buy them from? heres a pic of what i want.....

if you go atmo there's a really good chance your car will keep stalling.

yesterday i went to start up my R-33 GTS-T and all i heard was the starter moter clicking and i noticed on my turbo timer which also displays the battery power was extremely low. i have tried to recharge my battery but its not recharging so i guess i will need a new one but while i have got my battery out i have read on here about how many skyline owners take out their battery for 24hrs and when they put it back in they let the car run for a while and it resets the ecu and the car runs better. is this true? poeple on here say they do it everytime they get a modification done eg. exhaust or better air filter etc but there are others who say it dont do shit. please tell me your thoughts on this.....

yep the bulbs were shattered and the electrical wires were ripped in half,plus the fog light went into my thermo fan and destroyed that as well. i rang just jap about the series 1 type m but they only have a series 2,they told me they can send me a factory front bumper with the fog/indicator lights with it for $220 + $75 for postage. i really wanted a type m but i guess i will have to settle for a factory one until i track one down.

if anyone out there knows someone or happens to know where a series 1 type M front bumper is 4 sale please let me know. i cant find anything on the net so i will give just jap a call tomorrow and see if they have any at all and if they dont i will give the import wreckers a go.

i was just about to buy a fmic until my little accident so now i have to spend the money on repairs,it was a just jap cooling-pro stealth. it looks like i will have to get new indicators anyway cause the left side fog light and indicator dont work at all,here is a pic of the back of the fog/indicator light,theres wirering going into a plastic cap that is meant to be clipped on a metal rod on the back of the light but the cap is broken so i dont know if thats the problem or not....well heres the pic anyways

thanks al and swink 33,your right that bumper is heaps better than the one i have on at the moment. thanks for showing me the pic of it al cause now i know what im looking for. but theres a problem....i dont know any import wreckers or anything around where i live,i think there is one in coffs harbour which is an hour away from where i live,i will try and find there number or at least try and find the s1 type m on the net but i doubt it cause all im finding is series 2.

i found a type m bar on ebay but it was only for a series 2 and cost $480 for starting bid. and i found a top secret front bar for $260 whick looks pretty nice. can a series 2 bumper fit a series 1? if it does would i have to remove the original fog lights and get series 2 lights to replace them?

last night i was driving back home in the rain and the back end spun out and the front end smashed into the guard rail on the bridge. this was the first time i have taken it out in the wet. in all seriousness i wasnt speeding,all i did was shift from 2nd to 3rd. do yous know where i can get a r33 series 1 left side fog light from? and the stock bumper?

i have noticed for about a week now that everytime i put the clutch pedal in i can hear a loud squeaky noise coming from under the car. i have only just got a exedy sports tuff clutch put in about a month ago and i went back to my mechanic yesterday and told him about it and he thinks it is the clutch pedal itself and not the clutch as it is brand new and i havent been riding it or dropping the clutch. but he cant take a look at it for a while cause hes busy,what do you guys n gals think? its pretty embarrassing driving around especially when im about to pull up and all you can hear is squeak squeak. thanks peoples.

i want to wind up the boost in my car a bit and want to get a front mount but dont know which would be best and the easiest to install. a friend told me that a greddy fmic would be best cause it should fit straight on and pretty hassle free. any suggestions?
