I Drove my old 33 and my gf's VW Polo (two seperate occasions) back from Sydney i was a little worried about kangaroos but on both occasions i didnt manage to encounter any (that were alive anyway) its not such a bad trip in my experience, the first time back in my old 33 i drove it straight only stopping for fuel and the occasional light meal second time in the vw i took a few hours rest half way through the journey. both times i relied quite heavily on my gps and it got me through

good question Roger Ramjet ive decided to to return to study this year so i'll be back on an income that will make it difficult for me to maintain this car i already have a daily driver and decent public transport nearby to get to uni so ive decided its in my best interest to let this go and pick up another line in the future when the time is right..

at about 2 am lastnight i was at pooraka maccas and there were two big guys standing beside a white newish holden statesman with gay ass rims getting pretty big rocks or something and throwing them onto main north road until the road was covered with them, cars were slowing down to avoid them, and these guys were just chatting away like it was nothing.... i thought wtf?

hey guys, has anybody replaced their series 2 front indicators with a clear replacement, so its not amber is this possible at all because im interested in giving it a shot, has anybody on here done this, if so could you please post up some pics thank you

Hello there, i got my car, a manual 1996 R33 gts25t, a month or so ago (imported) my car had been missfiring at above 4500-5000 rpm when i received it out of compliance.. i thought it was due to having the wrong spark plugs (which were 1.1mil gap) so i changed the spark plugs to .8mil NGK copper plugs, and that did fix the missfiring for about a week or so!... and then a similar problem had surfaced again, the car at idle (when warm) sometimes has a heavy cough sorta missfire maybe once every 10 seconds or so and feels a little bit sluggish driving around and then missfires on full throttle acceleration above 5000 towards redline (like the hesitating sorta missfire that having the wrong gap feels like) - my car has exhaust, decat, fmic, stock boost, air pod and bov blanking plate i was thinking about removing the blanking plate and resetting the ecu. or changing the spark plugs again... Maybe i should try cleaning the AFM/TPS/Oxy Sensor or anything else like that? Any ideas guys on what else it could be ?... thanks in advance

haha yep thats me! my boot was changed with a gtr boot apparently, hence the badges, wing etc nice looking gtr adam, i see you quite alot in the mornings, but im usually in my gfs VW polo i also spot Cara everyday at the same time, in her R34 on main north road going the opposite way

spotted a midnight purple R33 Gtr on main north road at around 8am, with an sau sticker on the drivers side rear quarter. was half asleep so couldnt give him a wave in time.

im very interested in this as i am planning on doing it at the same time as a remap, my car has the usual 'basic' mods (exhaust, intake, fmic, fuel pump, stock boost still) will somewhere around the 220rwkw+ mark be acheivable with this high flow and a remap in peoples opinions (how much psi would i be looking at runninig out of curiousity to achieve that level) also what other modifications (if any) would i need to support such power levels.

spotted a nice looking white R33 about 30 mins ago driving on salisbury highway > main north road with the plates "ADDICT"

i just purchased a second hand japanese kenwood double din (DPX-510) and its missing the wiring loom/plug ive tried going to auto barn but the kenwood looms they sell there dont fit... ive also contacted kenwood, but they want something close to 100 for the loom. can anybody suggest a solution?

i have a blanking plate on my car flutters pretty loud, blitz sus (metal pod filter) runs terrible though and is prone to stalling so i'll be removing it soon Kinda curious about a metal induction pipe though... im assuming you get an exhaust shop to make one up for you ?
