  3. Depends on what you want it for. It's all relative and depends on what you consider big numbers. Anything involving a built motor you better be ready to dump 10-20k in it. Looking at any of the engine builds on this forum you can see how they can spiral out of control. Not to mention anything that goes wrong and the time it takes to actually get it all sorted. In saying that you could buy everything second hand slap it together and put an ebay spec turbo kit on it and crack 300kw pretty easily.
  4. Cant p platers get turbos based and power to weight now? If you must have a skyline get a 32 gtst with the 20 in it. If it has to be na then get a silvia. Heaps better na than any skyline. Or wait until you're off your ps and then do it. Nobody ever wants to hear that but it has its merits. Skylines will still be around in 2 years
  5. Brookfield Multiplex I'm a site engineer though not a planner i just do all the programming for my zones. Only use p6 for the contract stuff all my other ones are on suretrak 3. Been doing it for about 3 years. Who do you work for?

  9. Nice yes this. Only downside to the place. Single lock up and 1 car space in the complex. Confirming at the moment whether the car space is on the title. It comes up on the RP Date report but unsure if it's on the title. This is the plan. I really want to design & build my dream house so this is definitely on the cards. Sheds etc depend on where said dream house ends up. I'd really like to do an epic basement. 3m ceilings with everything supported from the external walls. No columns! Yeah until that time I have mum n dads place which is full of my cars and shit anyway. Won't cause any issues with the tax department unless you're claiming it wrong. You can claim a portion of all the expenses associated with the house depending on how much is rented out etc. So we were going to rent out 3 bedrooms in a 5 bed house and claim around 66-75% of the costs. Now we are looking at not living in it at all lol and just renting the entire thing, f**k it.
  10. Yeah we're both pretty up on how all the incentives and systems work. Both in the industry. Good portion of my degree was based around property development. Main thing is we're happy with the price and the rental returns are great + its in a good growth area blah blah blah. I just want to have something signed and agreed lol.
  11. Yeah im not too fussed about it. Theyve had some offers lower than us. Its been on the market for ages. But for 50k more than what its up for now. Its been up for a month now at this price and i dont think it will last at this price but at the same time we're the only ones with an offer in at the moment so he might just sign it and not give a f**k. We're digging our heels in at this price and he can either sign it or wait for another buyer.
  12. No concessions over 500k unfortunatley but thems the breaks. Trying not to get ahead of ourselves yet. Big day tomorrow. Our offer expires by midnight so it will be getting put to the owner to sign a contract tomorrow but its a bit weird ive negotiated with the agent but nothing has been discussed with the owner yet. Our offer is it for us though so some hardball to play tomorrow if he comes back with a counter offer.
  13. Still undecided yet. Its nearly 1k a week rental at the moment so it will be tough to let that go lol. Would still get decent rent if we lived there and rented a few rooms but we dont know yet. Yeah Ants capt barrel roll is me so wanna get into another one
  14. Place is a townhouse in taringa 5 bed 4 bath like a boss. Its about 2ks from my current place. Car will be a 32 GTR :-D
  15. Mangs super excitement day. Put second offer in on house if it goes ahead at current offer will be able to get car too. Cant concentrate, contract is meant to come through by 1pm today to read and sign and then see how we go. Blaaaah come at me mortgage!
