  1. Okay guys, as requested I'm organising a group buy for this unit. I just discussed it with the manufacturer thinking that I could get a better discount for a batch of 10 units, but they said they'd only offer a discount if I bought 100 of them! But obviously I don't wanna spend ages and going through the headache of trying to organise a group buy of 100 people. But with an order of 10 units at a time, we can still save a little bit on the shipping. So the group buy is open from now for around a month. Just PM me your order and I'll supply you with my bank details for the payment. The price is $275 for the group buy, it will take around 2 weeks or slightly more from the day the order was placed. For those who want them now, you can buy the ones that I have now for $295. Local pick-up is welcome (Sydney) and registered postage Australia-wide from my place to you all is $18 (on top of the purchase price). Need 10 confirmed orders for this to go ahead. A small investment for your expensive asset. The unit can be easily moved from one car to another, say if you decide to sell your car later on or if you just want to get one unit for several cars. Here are the details again: Real-time GPS GSM GPRS Tracker. It can be used for tracking vehicles, boats and any other movable targets. All you need to do is send a simple SMS with your password to the unit, and it will send its current location/coordinates to your mobile phone including its speed if it's on the move, you can then enter the GPS coordinates on online maps such as Google Maps, Google Earth, etc. to find out where it exactly is. In areas where there is no GPS signal, it will send you the location of the nearest GSM Network Switch Center Code and GSM Towers Code which you can also use to find its location. The unit can use any GSM sim card worldwide including prepaid sim cards (I recommend the Vodafone 365-day prepaid sim card since it will only cost you $20 and it's valid for the whole year), and all you have to pay is the cost of sending the SMS, no subscription needed, you are in complete control of it. Features: - Built in GSM module (900MHz/1800MHz/1900MHz) and GPS Receiver - Three mobile phone numbers can be set up as alert targets - Customisable password protection - Unique feature, power off alarming alert (eg. if the main power is cut off). The in-built rechargeable battery will take over and the unit will alert you if the main power source is cut off. - Geofence feature sends alert if the tracker moves outside a pre-defined area - Enhanced sensitivity for indoor and outdoor reporting. It does not need a direct view of the sky, therefore it can be placed in various hidden areas in your car. - Can be programmed or re-programmed from your mobile phone with SMS - Car 12-Volt DC hardwire connector included with a back-up battery built-in. - Very easy to install. Only two wires to connect, power and earth. You can do it yourself in 5 minutes. - It also supports GPRS uploading Static IP address and port setup via SMS command that can be activated if you need this advanced feature. Monitoring center SMS Gateway Setup is also available, but you do not have to use these extra bonus features if you don't want to. - Working voltage is 9-14V DC plus an in-built back-up battery - The size is 123mm x 116mm x 38mm (very compact) and the total weight is 0.8kg Among many others, Google Maps are also mostly free and easy to use. Just use this link: http://maps.google.com.au/maps?hl=en&tab=wl Enter the coordinates there, and that's it. For EXAMPLE: 33.877935 s 151.218958 e Just copy and paste them. The unit also comes brand new in a box with GPS and GSM antennas, as well as the instruction manual. Great bargain! Similar units on the market sell for over $750. Local pick-up is welcome (Sydney) Group buy list: 1. DECIM8 - Payment pending 2. ali-turko - Payment pending 3. Xizor - Payment pending 4. Jimmy Boy - Payment pending 5. Matttai - Payment pending 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.
  2. You can hide the GPS antenna too and it will still work. So they won't even know if it's there, unless if you want to make it visible as a deterrent. I hide mine under and inside so much stuff in my car.
  3. I'm not sure mate. I like this unit because of its simplicity with only 2 wires to connect, power and earth, took only 5 minutes. And I can easily move it from one car to another. I'm pretty sure you can use the main power cut alert function for the trigger, so if you have an aftermarket alarm system just connect a relay between the unit's power cable and the siren, that way when the siren is set off it will temporarily cut its main power and triggers its automatic alert. The unit will send the alert to your mobile phone if the main power is cut off for longer than +/- 3 seconds, so you will not get false alerts from locking/unlocking your car. I'm gonna install the relay on my own car soon.
  4. I'm 100% positive. I have got one in my car and it's definitely away from any direct view of the sky and it works perfectly. I even tried using it in my room with the window shutters closed and placed under a pillow, and it still worked! It also works when I have my car in my full brick garage in addition to the fact that the unit is already hidden inside the car.
  5. Registered postage Australia wide is $18
  6. It's a magnetic GPS antenna. It can be hidden since it does not need a direct view of the sky to work, and it's obviously not a good idea to place it on the windscreen
  7. Yes, you can hide it including the antenna anywhere in your car.

  9. That car probably cost less than $14000 plus FOB or 'everything' of around $1000. All up in Japan should be around $15k or less. It's also a good idea to get the timing belt replaced once you get it. From the photo it doesn't look like it has been replaced. The Japs usually put a sticker on the timing belt cover showing when it was changed after they've replaced the timing belt.
  10. As far as I know, all of Richard's cars are in top condition. Last time he came to my house in his Soarer, it was the cleanest Soarer I had ever seen. I'm sure this one is also in similar condition.
  11. Hi mate first of all, congrats with the car. But, I think you paid way too much for it. I could've easily got you a late 1997 series 3 R33 GT-R Vspec in immaculate condition with similar milage for way under 20k. Your one is just a Series 1 and the absence of the Vspec sticker could even mean that it's not a Vspec at all, it happens often. Make sure you check that it has the Vspec active diff with the active diff light on the cluster and Vspec suspension. When it comes to making money, sometimes friends could be just like most people. Let me know if you need another car, I can help you and you'll be paying the real car cost, not the inflated one. Good luck
  12. Bump Aftermarket R32 GTR rear diff still for sale.
  13. lol...as noted, full paperwork & documentation will be provided.....
  14. You didn't even bother calling me to discuss about the deal. How can I be certain that you're serious, just beating around the bush or etc2? How about giving me your number and I ring you instead? Is that better?
  15. I guess the car has been left outside in the sun throughout its life. The boot lid needs a respray since the paint has badly faded there but the paint on rest of the car is not too bad. The car itself is straight, it never had any structural damage.
  16. No sorry, I don't need another nissan skyline. I'll swap it with an mr2 spyder plus I'll add some cash on top, or a straight swap with a porsche boxster
  17. Price drop to $12300.
  18. I have not done any compression test on it, but feel free to get it tested. The engine runs smoothly.
  19. There is nothing really wrong with it. The paint condition is definitely NOT immaculate, that's all I can say.
  20. Deleted
  21. Located in Sydney It's slightly lower than stock, handles much better than std.
  22. Converting the R32 GTR to stock. I need a set of good R32 GTR suspension. The car currently has Bilstein suspension. After $220 for the swap, but you will have to do the swap yourself with some help from me if necessary. The Bilstein suspension is still fitted on the car. So we will need to take them off and then put the stock ones on.
