i've had alook at tutorials but they are all for the newer avc-r. mine is an old school item no adjustable features. Power FC doesnt seem to be set up for boost as when monitoring shows ---- nothing. I'm starting to think it's a wastegate/actuator problem as it is internally gated. What does evri1 else think?

thanks paul, i will look in to retuning the AVC-r. in relation to it hitting peak at 1.4bar. not sure if it will keep going but when i record on the defi controller and hit the recent button it states 1.4bar peak. dont know if this helps.

hey all, just acquired my car off a fellow forum member:) anyways after owning it for a couple of weeks am stoked with it couldn't be happier. Anyways after taking it for a couple of spirited drives, i'm finding the car is overboosting in 3rd gear +. Car has the following RB25 motor Power FC AVC-R 250-270rwkw The car has 2 settings 1bar and .5 bar When i set it at 1 bar it goes to 1.1 bar in second holds then once i go to third boost keeps rising seen it go to 1.4 bar each time but don't know if it will keep going, as i dont wanna be cleaning bits of turbo out of my cat(if it has one) still to check this. When i have it on .5 bar 2nd gear goes to .7 bar then holds, once go in to third it seems to go up to 1.4 bar again. Clutch is on its way out so in third it generally just slips and boost goes up BOV is blocked off which is the next thing to change(unsure if this could be doing this) I'm unsure to why it is doing this, and really want to fix the problem, Any help or experiences would be appreciated. hi all have a r34 4 door for sale. It is manual and is in immaculate condition. It has one primer strip on bootlid where a slight rust bubble was appearing but has now been fixed and primered.. The car itself has GCG highflowed turbo EMS Stinger computer. It's running 10psi. and i had it on the dyno and pulled 199rwkw K&N panel filter. Exedy Heavy Duty Clutch. Bilstein Shocks and Suspension Alpine head deck Everything works as it should and drives like a brand new car. It is Manual which is fairly rare for the 4 door'scar regularly serviced All it needs is some injectors and a retune with the EMS and it should get around 250rwkw without upgrading exhaust. I'm actually buying a house so im looking to downgrade to R32 gtst or anything cheaper with cash my way. would like turbo manual cars. hi all have a set of wheels for sale. had them on my 32 when i bought it. No idea what size and offsets. i think they are 17 x 7.5 i have a pic of them on car to show how they sit. I have brand new kuhmo ecsa's on the front 225/45/17 have not been driven on. with rear just above the indicators . great track wheels $500.00 Also have a GTR wing for sale . painted terribly in white. good condition except is broken on one side where it mounts to the car. easy fix. $150.00 Brand new SSQV in box. has been on car for 2 days. even has plumb back attachments. will bolt up to any RB motor . $250 posted

hi all selling my 32 gtst as im buying a house, and need a deposit. Car is a white with gunmetal 17's. has had HICAS locked. Motor is completely standard bar a pod, front mount intercooler and full 3 inch exhaust from turbo. Has jap potenza suspension which i was told is adjustable but never really looked into it. Has full electric sunroof with electric windows. all work Interior is in good condition. seats look brand new. Has a EBC and turbo timer. I can honestly say this motor is in fantastic condition. it burns no oil, no leaks. starts first time every time. always run at 12psi in my ownership. Car also has 10 months rego till november. Paint is in good conditon. rear bar is a little rough. Overall the car handles and drives perfect. i initially bought it to turn it into a track car, however as im looking at buying a house, really need the cash. hey mate have you gone and got a pro wheel alignment? when i chucked my lock bar in she had huge toe out. tried ajusting them myself however couldn't get it to fix up. thought the lock bar was too short. took it to the place to get it aligned they did it no worries all fixed. however mines with a r32 but it sounds like a similar problem to yours. maybe try that before you rip it all off again? PS was fun driving to the tyre place with -48 deg of toe. tyre squeel the whole way. best of luck mate
