on the tps note... is the voltage meant to be 4.5??? just to make sure

this issue has been raised before too one thing to look for is FPR (Fuel Pressure regulator), i am not that much mechanically minded as to how it works but i was reading a thread on Nissansilvia and a guy had the same issue with his CA18det which is prettty much a smaller version of RB's he changed his FPR and problem was solved. i got Diagnostic Code 2 which is "HICAS solenoid left hand" now i have locked my hicas bar and looped the hole i dont see why this should come up

if he doesnt have castor rods then i do if gtst is the same but see if he has it first coz its his thread and its only fair
