  1. Is it a Jada Toys job? PLEASE SAY YES, I know of a place in Penrith that is having a sale of their stuff. If it was at Auto Joy in Castle Hill, I'm spewing I didn't see them the other day when I was there. Oh well, pay week this week, so I might have to go back on the weekend. Here's what I've got now, anyway.
  2. Nope, can't say I agree with that... GO THE FOUR-DOORS!!! :matrix:
  3. Agreed - they are Horn! (and I've finally figured out how to attach images in a post...)
  4. That's it! Battle vinyl, at the ready!!! :jk: :Dj: Haha, I'm not gonna claim to be a gun DJ anyway. I get by, though... Got plenty of house and some breaks tunes, and can probably secure at least one more friend to help DJ if necessary. On to the main topic though, I was thinking maybe having separate days, maybe one with Unique at Oran for a drift/circuit day, and then another event (maybe 6 months later?) at WSID for the drags and SnS (and maybe skid-pan?). But then I thought: a) a combined UAS/SAU drift/circuit day would probably be the same as a UAS day on its own, and attract barely any more individuals and cars as any other circuit day held by UAS, especially if there was no SnS element; B) the same would probably apply to a drags/SnS day, with maybe just a small percentage greater attendance for the "Show" part of the day; and c) I have no idea on how much more having separate events may cost. IIRC, someone did mention that using Mingara was pretty easy on the Club's resources (as in monetarily, and relatively speaking, of course), in comparison to hosting the event somewhere down here. Personally, I don't mind that the show is at Mingara (gives me the chance to get away from Sydney and see some friends and relatives who live on the Central Coast), but maybe a larger concreted area should be considered and requested next time around, if possible. I think the bogging issue, although minor this year, might be a concern if the weather is not as nice to us next time around, and I think a lot will agree that car photos look better when taken on a tarmac surface. I'll volunteer for next year too, unfortunately I got there fairly late this year and had to leave early, so even though I did put my hand up initially, I couldn't really offer much help on the day (sorry guys...). Cheers, and thanks all for an undoubtedly great day, Nick T.
  5. Seriously Andrew, those are some awesome pics you've posted up, so if you don't like them then God (or insert chosen deity here) only knows what kind of standards you set for yourself. I didn't bother taking many pics on the day because: a) I was pretty awe-struck about seeing so many nice Skylines and Skyline-based cars; B) I was equally as awe-struck about seeing them all in one place at one time; c) I wasn't really there for long enough; and d) I knew that my shots would provided nowhere near the quality of the shots posted by others here. Regardless, I've uploaded my photos in my gallery and will probably add them to the SnS Gallery too so they're all in the one spot... One thing I did notice, apart from the two DR30's, were there any other older Skylines between the GC10's and the R-31's there? I can't remember seeing any... Nick T
  6. Don't worry Silver, I still know a thing or two about ToyMotors - I'm (still!) driving a Corolla I've had since new, and I'm tempted to keep it (depending on my money situation) if/when I get my butt into something Skyline-based. Wouldn't mind owning a JZX-90 or JZX-100, either. Decisions, decisions, decisions...
  7. Mona, happy 27th and, ummm, 8mins! Rukus, happy 25th and, ummm, 8mins too!
  8. Adam, was this the same guy who was parked next to Christian with the green Stagea?
