ill be keeping a close eye on this thread. i want to put a gtr throttle body on my rb25det. been asking around but no firm info yet on whats involved or even if its possible

will the rb26 inlet plenum fit on an rb25... not so sure it will??? i was going to buy an aftermarket plenum for my 33 gtst and heard a gtr one might fit. main reason for upgrade... cant stand stupid cross over pipe haha

i have the same and have never had a drama... run my pc hard wired to it and 2 laptops wirelessly allthough mine may be a v1 it doesnt say on it

very well, assumed it may be an efficiency/reliability matter. kills me (financially) to run the gtst but its all worth it considering the enjoyment i get out of driving it

i have taken the rocker covers off my rb25 to be painted and had them cleaned up (using petrol i think) to remove the grime and crap to prepare for painting. The outside has come up pretty good but the problem is that while the dirty oil on the inside had been cleaned out it has left an orangey dusty (sort of rust like) film all through the inside... dont really want to leave it there when i put them back on.. Any suggestions as to how to clean/get rid of it??? cheers

yer im an electrican but dont have the time or energy to make any up lol... probly is the high current thats stuffing them i would imagine

hey mate, what led's did u use for dash lights... i brought sum of the proper blue t10's (think thats what they are called) from 666DAN on here but only worked for a week or so and now none of my dash gauges light up (only warning lights and indicators do so)..... thinking it may be faulty dash clucter tho

must agree not the best looking car ive ever seen.. are they a quick car... ive never heard of one lol

when my car is at idle it makes this very annoying ticking sound. its not overly loud but definatly noticable. a few different mechanics have listened under bonnet and all said it was different things. one seemed to think it was the idler and i needed new timing belt kit. one seemed to think it was a noisey waterpump, powersteer pump or alternator bearing and one seems to think its a noisey injector pulse or tapets my car is a s1 33 by the way and any help would be great... i dont wont to just start replacing all these parts to find it the last one i get too. please help
