  6. had mine off not long ago.. once youve undone the four bolts, put both arms under the wing and lift up as hard as u can... the thing is surprising strong and even though u will have to jerk upwards quite hard nothing will break

  8. i put some in my 33...Only prob is their short life due to nut being able to handle the same current as the factory globes... but the look cool so its worth it lol

  11. This is a great thread.. ive also been downloading footage of the gtr's racing in the australian touring car championships from about 1990 to 92.... great to watch them punish the big POS commo's and coons

  13. Yer bosch 040 are a good little pump.. although you could get the new walbro pump that is still intank but flows as much as an external bosch 044.. about 600hp from memory... haha although this would be overkill for you, so 040 IMO

  16. i believe the ls1 motor is 50 kilos lighter that the rb... have a dvd at home where there is a twin turbo ls1 in a 34... they call the thing Frankenstein's drifter. it also has the tremec box.... although these days the car actually has a stroked 6.6 litre ls2 with a masive twin turbo set up... but its making boost from 2500 rpm.   17. Every one will always have a different opinion on LPG.. i guess its just one of those topics. Even though im not a fan, the next person might find it a great idea... The tests i saw a few months back revealed under 100 RON...
  18. make sure its matt black and not blue like lots of ebay lock bars are.. if its black they may not even notice... i mean not many cars have hicas so a tidy black bar might look nice and stock
  19. LPG used to have a fairly high RON (105+)... But these days tests show its actually down in the 90's despite what servos claim it to be!!! LPG is aimed at service vehicles such as taxis and alike. Defiantly not aimed at the performance car owners looking for a few extra K's to the tank!

  22. Yes i was pretty sure the stock fuel pressure reg was farely capable! Not a fan of my standard rb25 (rb20 alike) intake plenum so am looking at best way to upgrade this aswell. (to much piping to cooler)

  24. got my new fuel pump today... was originaly going for a bosch 040 but i got a walbro in-tank that can flow as much/more than an external bosch 044. Got some injectors also. brother is owner of bosch dealer down here (hobart) so pretty cheap but still only bosch (not saying bosch is bad... im more than happy with it ) what sort of fuel systems are others running? what presure regs etc??
