  1. so no one has an English wiring diagram? I had a look on the pivot site but couldn't find it.
  2. Hey guys. i just bought one of these as well. Does anyone have the English instructions that they could send me? I noticed on the back of the timer that there is a screw type adjustment, what is it?
  3. From where the sender goes into the block. When i put the sender in the went easy, so i know it hasn't cross threaded. Should i use some thread tape?
  4. hey guys. I noticed i have a nice leak coming out from where the oil pressure sender goes into the side of the block. I have the standard sender in there. Just wondering how i can go about fixing this. Has/does anyone else have this problem? Cheers, Josh

  8. ah k, i know the one your talking about... It seems fine to me, could i have the wrong one? Iv been told there is two different types. EDIT: Sorry about jacking the thread. Another thing. The car randomly runs really rich, to the point where the cabin get fumed out. I know nothing about the cold start mode. But could it be going into this mode?
  9. well my idle is fine. Buut another problem i have is i have to give the car gas to get it to start...like a non EFI car. It primes fine. So not sure what is going on there. With the temp sensor for the ecu, is that the the one next to the temp sender for the temp gauge on the dash?
  10. My car does the same thing before 3k. It feels like when taking off, like there is nothing there. So i back off a put my foot down again and bang, she starts to go. almost like a light switch.
  11. Im no HeKitC KrNt but on a serious not. Apart from f**king you turbo in the long run, its there a down side to this. A few of my friends who was set their cars up for drift have blocked up their BOV's. I never thought to ask them why...Is there any particular reason for this?
  12. I have flutter, but not really by choice. As soon as i hit boost, my standard BOV opens. Its rooted. So i just made up a plate to block the BOV off. I prefer flutter than the annoying sound of a BOV anyday. MRdeanos, im no expert but depending on the turbo you have, over time is can cause damage to you turbo. As not having a BOV is causing the trubo the spin the opposite way when you back off the gas. Can anyone tell me which turbo is more flutter friendly lol? is it roller bearing? Sorry im a noob... EDIT: Funky monkey, what do you mean by a metal pipe between the turbo and the turbo?
  13. Spotted a white 34gtst with a red and black decal going up montigue rd about 1.30 today. Think the plates said something like 'runs 2' not 100% sure.

  16. On the topic of rb25 turbos. Is there a difference between the s1 and s2 turbos? i was at an importer today having a look and there was 2 'rb25' turbos there. One looked smaller that the other. The other one looked to have a larger rear housing...

  18. Hey Guys. Im new here. Iv just put a series 2 RB20 in my r31. At the moment i have no intercooler, 3in dump pipe to cat, and standard 2in cat back. Now i know that this set up is terrible but it is only like this so i could get it running. Anthoo long story short. The car feels like it was making really good power for this set up, installed a boost guage and discovered its running just over 10psi. I didnt think that 10psi was standard boost for a 20. Does anyone have an idea to why is would be running this much boost? Any help is appreciated. Cheers, Josh
