I was driving along the Monash Freeway (Vic) a bit spirited (late for church) doing 105 in an 80 zone (damn roadworks should normally be 100) and was caught by an unmarked cop car. It's my first ever run-in with the cops since getting my license. I'm still on my Probationary license. The infringement carried a $292 fine, a loss of 4 demerit points and a suspension of license for 1 month, effective 28 days after the incident. My question is, if this has happened to you or someone you know, were they about to get out of the suspension? Thanks.
