  1. soudns good! is it self-install or do I require a mechanic? I know nothing about installing things on cars, but im a quick learner btw coung me in. just not sure how Im gonna install it, maybe we should do a sydneey meet, greet and install eheh
  2. Also, is it more benefical to 6MT or 5AT, Im an auto, so not sure if it is as beneficial for me...
  3. hey, r these grounding kits self install or should I get a mechanic to do this? Thanks!
  4. I'm in! just want to know, what the difference is between the ebay one and the zstore one?
  5. anyone else for a group buy? I was 2 slow =(
  6. hey mate, I am interested, but. whats the difference between skunk2 and Motordyne? Which one has better performance enhancement? Thanks, Danny
  7. thanks paul, is this the one? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SKUNK2-Inta...emZ270388307754 how much power increase u rekcon I can get with a spacer and new z tube?
  8. Hi Paul, what brand spacer do you recommend, and where can I get it at? Also anyone have any idea of installation costs? Danny
  9. hey the 2003 v35 is 206kw (or 160kw at the wheels) if the mods add 15kw at the wheels would that equate to our car being powered to about 225-230kw? cheers, Danny
  10. I'm willing to pay $1000 for an extra 15kw! as long as those mods actually give me that im all in. FI is just way too expensive....
  11. Paul, Doesn't the stock v35 pull 170kw at the wheels? What did you have at the wheels before the spacer and jwt? I want a performance upgrade as well...but there doesnt seem to be anycost effective options for the v35!
  12. spotted a black v35, white v35 and silver v35 in the gold coast on the weekend!
  13. I like the look of the g37, but not a fan of that little rear spoiler!
  14. I forgot to add, the battery is called 'Amaron' and Battery world stocks them.
  15. hey mate I had exactly the same problem as you. If I didnt drive my car for a week, the battery would lose its charge and I would have to charge it again. I tried to prolong this for a a few weeks but got bloody annoying. So I went to super cheap, repco etc to buy a battery.....they only battery they had was 330cca which fitted our terminals and battery bay. With all the elctornics our car has I wanted a higher CCA, so I went to Battery World and they gave me a 500CCA which fits our terminals and battery bay perfectly...cost 150, but for piece of mind it was worth it. No problems ever since!
  16. I agree i think with the 350z and v35, its was difficult to differntiate the two since they had nearly identical performance, but g35 had the extra 2 seats and comfort. with the 370z and v37, they have tried to differentiate the two, by pushing the 370z more towards the sports car/performance side of things and the v37 towards the luxury side of things... these minor chnages have actually resulted in the differences between the v37/370z increasing comapred to the v35/350z
  17. dude that sucks, especially on days u need it most! best of luck dude, its been very hot in NSW in the last week!
  18. I wasn't talking about speed, but all round performance, practicality, looks etc
  19. Cant wait to get a 370z! in a few years 2nd hand that is..... All the reviews seem to be very positive. IMO it looks nicer than the g37, whereas I prefer the look of the g35 over the 350z. The performance gap between the two cars seems to have widened as well... Good the hear they fixed a lot of the main criticisms of the old z...being the extremely harsh ride, cheap interior, weird looking rear etc. Also whilst the old rx8 v 350z debate was a close one, new rx8 v 370z, is a no brainer, definately goes to the Z....seems like Nissan is focusing on their sports car herritage and mazda and their cute little mazda 3... so what are everyone's opinions?
  20. So I did a crappy paint job of what the v35 may look like with 350z track wheels on.... I think it makes the car slightly more aggressive, but not too drastic of a change.. hmmmm...
  21. looks good mate, though I reckon they look similar to the stock, just the colour is a tad darker! Also at least its a bit more unique, there are 2 many silver v35's with stock 18 rims goin around (myself included)!
  22. Hi All, What is the compromise on ride comfort when the OEM sway bars are replaced? Since my car is a cruiser I don't want to compromise my relatively comfortable ride quality.
  23. this is all compared to the original tyres on my car, which were bridgestone regeno's, but since they were worn tyres, its an apple toe organe comaprison. From all the reviews and feedbacki read, its seems like they are very good value for money, the main criticisms seems to be; the need for improved wet weather performance (although adequate) and the fat sidewalls
