  4. Model Nissan Skyline GTR V-spec (R33 series 1) Year 1995 Colour Silver Mileage 120,000kms Location Wantirna, VIC I have owned this car since 2008, all work and servicing has been performed by Racepace in Melbourne. My intention has been to build a car that drives well on the street but can also perform well at track days. Unfortunately, I have never made it to any track days and the car does not currently get used enough or for what it was intended. The car appears stock in appearance so the new owner should not have any problems driving it on the street. 6. Thanks guys I've done a bit of research into the topic. 4300k is the closest to daylight colour and after that they start going blue. Most OEM's use 4300k globes but the most popular aftermarket colour is 6000k. The most contributing factor is the type of headlamp they go into. Cut glass lenses (the old school type) tend to throw the light around. This is because hid light output is very directional and refracts easily. The best lamps are the projector and free form designs. They control the light much better and give a defined cutoff. Important so your not blinding oncoming cars. Cheers
  7. Hey guys How well do these kits work in Gtr headlights? What's the best colour temperature without being crazy blue cop bait? CheersWarren
  8. Thanks Chris. I'm thinking about using the series 3 brake ducts anyway. Might work out well.
  9. Hi guys I've got a series 1 r33 Gtr that needs the front spoiler lip to be replaced. Will the series 3 lip bolt straight up to the bumper? Also, is there any difference with the brake ducts between series? Thanks,Warren
  10. Can you post up some pics of the PDM. I'm curious.
  11. From my experience both the 32 and 33 PFC's suffer from this problem, but it was corrected in the 34 PFC model. I don't think its a problem with the oem wiring, just the PFC's of earlier days. Mainly happens under cruise loads! Don't know if there is a solution available.
  12. Agreed! The Deutsch connectors are the best automotive connectors I have used. We make plenty of OEM wiring harnesses for trucks and trailers and they are easiest to use. I also know that motec use them for their wiring systems. They are tested for ingress to IP67 which means they can be submersed in water up to 1 M. Enough for most GTR's!

  14. Great topic guys! I actually work for the company that distributes NARVA and PROJECTA brands. Our catalogue's have around 4,000 SKU's but we carry about 14,000 Part Numbers. Meaning theres lots of stuff thats not obvious to consumers. We can obtain almost anything automotive electrical from our many suppliers OS. If your after anything in particular, let me know and i'll try and source it. We have also just done a deal to distribute the Deutsch brand of connectors and wiring systems. These will be available soon from all the usual retailers such as Repco, Bursons etc. If anyone needs help/advise with this sort of thing. Just ask. Warren
  15. Just wondering if anyone has some laying around? Look like these ones......
  16. Kind of think the flush ones look better. I can't really find a close up photo of the 'high type' caps fitted to a rim.
  17. This is what your after..... http://www.nengun.com/rays-engineering/lmgt4-center-caps Does anyone have a picture of the 'high type' caps? I've got a feeling the flat ones look better!
  18. Thanks Andrew. That's what I needed to hear.
  19. Can you recommend some workshops fit for the job? SE suburbs.
