  1. Just wondering if someone could tell me what paint code my R32 skyline is? I have included a pic of the car and the build plate. Thanks in advance, Jarrod
  2. I am a definate for a R32 fibre glass Grille. Cheers, Jarrod
  3. Keep me in mind because I would love it. Jarrod
  4. Would anyone know where to get my hands on an R32 GTR Grille, genuine or not? Been looking for a while now on Ebay and a few sites and am having no luck. Any help would be very much appreciated. I live in Ipswich which is half an hour west of Brisbane. Cheers, Jarrod
  5. I have found that if you want to put them on 'PERMANRNTLY' then clean the area and use Mirror adhesion liquid nails. It is used to stick mirrors to anything and on the back of mirrors there is little chance for anything else to adhere to. I wanted different badges on my daily driver which unfortunately is a commodore so I bought belt buckles from City beach, ground off the shackle on the back of it with a rotary tool and glued it on with the Mirror Liquid nails. 2 years later they are still on there and are definately not coming off without a hammer and chisel of some sort. 6. I am sick of finding advertisements on the net for "CHEAP" Gtr R32 genuine bonnets when they all want around $500. I mean if I buy it I will have to respray it because my Skyline is WRX STI blue so I am sure that will be $350 easy. I know there are Carbon fibre bonnets that are around $700 to $1000 and well the legalities are not something I want to deal with so this leads me to my question............. Has anyone cut the front lip off their R32 Gtst bonnet to make it look like a Gtr's??? Obviously air saw and not grinder, it just intrigues me that there should be people out there who would have given this a go. Just interested to find out because I am really considering doing this. Jarrod ( I am ready for the flaming if it were to occur )
  7. Thanks guys. I had a good think about it today and that was the conclusion I came up with also.
  8. I have one coming in two days and I would also love it if someone could repost so that I don't stuff it. Cheers, Jarrod
  9. I was wondering if anyone knew what pressure in PSI the oil system should be sitting at on an RB25det motor. I have an Rb25det in an R32 and I just installed a oil cooler and an oil pressure guage. Obviously the oil cooler lines and cooler itself should sit at the same value as the oil in the sump. On start up my oil pressure reaches 80PSI then works its way down to about 45PSI, it might just be the oil pressure going through the lines on start up and I am just worrying about nothing. Thank you guys in advance, Jarrod
  10. Original clutch fan or an aftermarket thermo?
  11. A week ago I was messing around with moving guages in my R32 and I accidentally wiped the memory off my Apexi Neo Air/fuel contoller. I left the batteries leads off too long and thats how it happened. Anyways, I was hoping someone else on here has a Neo on their RB25det and could help out with a few settings or if someone knew where to find these on the net?? I have already checked the back of my Neo's manual and they weren't written in there when the tune shop had it on the dyno. Have been looking around the net for ages. I am only after the settings so I can get my car down to Underwood for a tune but at the moment it won't make it out of my driveway. RB25det is stock apart from exhaust and CAI. Any help would be awesome, cheers
  12. Figured out the problem! The Apexi Neo's memory must have been wiped because when I by-passed it the car is idling and driving perfectly. I am going to book it in for a major service and a dyno tune in the next fortnight so hopefully it will be fine. cheers for your help guys
  13. Hello all this is my first post as a skyline owner. I bought an R32 gts-t with a RB25det Neo motor and box in it from an R34 last weekend. I disconnected the battery to move a few guages around since I had to do some soldering and on restarting the car when I was finished it is running rough and won't rev past 2500rpm. I think I may have wiped the memory on my Apexi Neo and this is why it is acting like this. I can not tune it myself so I will have to spend money getting it done. Can someone shed light on the problem and save me some christmas money? Thank you, Jarrod
