take it to court. no radar evidence. no proof. cop tried doing this to me last year in the early morning on princess hwy on my way to work. was in the massive traffic rush but yet he seemed to pull me over and say i was going 110+ with no reading or anything. did i mention that it was morning peak hour traffic aswell... i contested it with a legal aid and the fine got dismissed. i suggest you contest it

Merv. either way its pettett.. he would fine you if your car was dead stock. hed pick on something. unfortunatly its a bad area with him on duty for us, no matter how legal you keep it. although if u wanted you are able to contest it whether it be a waste of time or not but considering by law the car must be measured on a level surface and if i remember by the pic i saw you were on a slope which was well capable of being able to make your car look lower.

+1 it does happen more than people think.. i always see this f**king Sportivo white camry on springvale road/westall road. aerials all over it. sometimes the guy is in uniform other times i have seen the same drive out of uniform but he is always revving it at lights and infact another sportivo came up next to it they raced and on came the white camrys lights....

hahah it was gangster... i sold it though. pretty sure the new owner took off the tint though cause i heard it pissed him off lol. i admit it was alright to see during day with the mirror tint. at night you 100% def couldnt see anything around you unless the area was lit up. i do think it is bit dangerous at night but i always drove with the front windows bit down just so i could see outta my mirrors.
