Lots of people try to fit aftermarket seats themselves in their backyard when they dont know what they are doing, resulting in seats and rails that wont hold up in the case of an accident. It may seem stupid now, but imagine what could happen if your seats arent installed properly and you do crash. The only rails I know of that are street legal out of the box are recaro rails.
