Yeah I am pretty sure most base white colours don't have a clear coat. I could be wrong though. I have mixed up a ton of touch up paint for cars at work and all the white ones I have done that hasn't had pearl or metallic through it I have never had to add clear coat. I am too angry for correct spelling!
