K maybe my intro thread should be locked lol... I kind of agree with both sides here because yes some p platers are hoons, but NOT ALL. Why are fully licensed drivers being made to look like saints here.. What about the two fully licensed drivers that had their cars confiscated because they were caught racing ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Corinne my dad rides a bike and he comes home and tells me alot of stories of where people have either been arrogant or oblivious toward his presence on the road, and a fair few of them are fully licensed drivers. Inexperience is what it comes down to, most l platers are taught in quiet streets or out of peak hour traffic when the motorcycle presence is extremely low, therefore they are not as aware of bikes as fully licensed drivers who have been on the road for 5 10 15 years etc. That is all.. Mods please lock.

I have alot of friends who wouldn't speed and are completely against "h00n" behaviour... and most are on their p plates??? Although Corinne also has a point because she rides a bike and alot of p platers aren't aware of bikes but it doesn't mean their being h00ns they just don't check their blindspots. Still don't see how that can stereotype all p platers though????

I don't think you can buy them from shops although I could be wrong. Most people who go across to japan and bring them back will generally bring back a fair few and sell them. You can get them over ebay but alot of them are fakes and look crap.
