Yeah eventually I want to ditch it, but at the moment, to many things to spend money on:) Thanks for that luckydip, I wondered if there where bleed points there, but have not been underneath to have a good look. Will have a look and see what happens.

Just wondering on how to bleed the hicas on r32 gts-t. Just changed the power steering fluid, and bled the system by jacking the car up, and running the steering through slowly, but when I went for a drive the hicas is very twitchy now when driving in a straight line at 80kmh. Will it bleed itself over time (as hicas does not opperate constantly like power steering? Never used to be twitchy like this. Any help greatly appreciated.

I thought the same until i was there. It is just a big westernised tourist city and the locals know it. Had no problems over there. But, everyone has their own opinion on the matter:)

I am looking at doing the same as AzzurrA, but 17x8 with +38 and 17x9 with +38. I know the rears are going to have to be lipped, but does anyone here run this offset and size with 255/40 rubber? My rear ride height is around 330mm from hub, and i dont want the rears to scrub at all if i have weight in the car ie passengers in the back seat or luggage to go away for the weekend (read guard will drop down to tyre level or approx 300mm). If anyone with this offset could comment on the matter, that would be great, otherwise my option is to go 17x8 all round:( And yes i know the ride height is a tad low for optimal performance, but i just love the stance it gives.

Top ID: 88mm Bottom ID: 78mm Thickness: 12mm # turns: 9.125 Top ID: 98mm Bottom ID: 68mm Thickness: 12mm # turns: 8.5 Also without getting under the car to take measurements, would you know the spring rate for king springs, kdrl-102 and kdfl-101? Just trying to decide if i should trial the above springs in my 32 with biltein shocks instead of the kings. What spring rate would suit a daily driver driven with much enthusiasm? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Liberty and SAFF now both offer 98RON ethanol enhanced fuel. There is a website that i got from one of Liberty's pamphlets on their 'boost 98' which lists which manufacturers recomend ethanol based fuels. Sadly Nissan say only compatiable with post 2004 model cars, stating fuel componet incompatibilty, or something along those lines. I don't really want to compromise the integrity of the fuel system for a 6-8c a litre saving. Having said that, before i found this out, i ran a full tank of the 'boost98' and found that when going for a cruise through the hills, the ol girl seemed to die a little up the odd hill, actually having to change down a gear to accelerate, not normal. Car in question is R32 gts-t, usual fmic, turbo back exhaust, 14psi and 040.

Would be keen for a saturday arvo cruise too. Been really slack and have not come out to play yet:)

Yeah problem is fixed now, bit dodgy but, they used cable ties (electrical zip ties) to secure the two motors together, so as the remote actuates the standard central locking.
