how hard is it to do a 5 stub conversion?

i was thinking of getting the plenum and the cam covers powdercoated black to make it abit more stock looking.

hay just thought i'd add my 2cents.. i would probably buy the jun copy over the overs as the quailty is alot better ( smoother and less work ) try to find that thread on the DIY install for the greddy copy one i think there was afew posts about installing it onto a neo head. the attached pics are what i will be installing onto my Neo in my stag. its a rb25 manifold that has been cut and then had a adapter welded to that so you can bolt on the gtr intake setup.. i will be running top feed gtr injectors, so i had to get a new rail and the gtr resister pack as well. i haven't installed it yet but i've almost got everthing together to do it.. i had a thought to do this conversion about 12months ago.. it looks like its going to be freakin awesome!!!

need some bushes made up.. 4 of in total then need to be about 10mm long with the inside diameter of 12mm and the out t obe 14mm They are to be used as below "the calipers mounting holes are the same centers as the stagea hub. so to fit the caliper to the hub you need to get a M12 x 1.25mm bolt with a thred length of 50-52mm. make a bush to locate the bolt in the center of the stagea hubs hole, i'll be using stainless and turning it up at work, i'd also recommend using a decent material as a bush (mild or stainless)" if you can send me a email at - [email protected] and give me a price that would be great!!! yeah i used those grain lights on my stagea, they work but they are abit long too and are just like an orange colour

could you use a RB25 neo rail as it should bolt upto the 25 and still fit the gtr injectors?? just an idea

i had another it guy at work have a look and he can't see why it is not working.. its not like their blocking the site because if they did i wouldn't be able to even bring up the error page.. fyi i'm at mcdonalds on a lunch break on a customers laptop ... i've tried different settings in ie7 and still nothing.. so yeah i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place atm.

i'll have a check tomorrow.. it's been happening for awhile but have only now gotten back on the site. i have also tried it on more and 2 different computers but all the ones at work you would think would be configured the same anyway. i'll ceck for the proxy thing tomorrow.

do you have any pics about the collars?? i'm looking at installing gtr injectors onto a r33 plenum. i have the injectors and the gtr rail. the rail seems to have the correct mounts to the plenum.

yeah i asked the it admin at work and he said it wasn't to do with there end... james 32 lives in harvey bay now and has sold his R32 that he had ... all it comes up with is board message - sorry you can't access the forums.. and says the menu is locked.. so i don't know

so does anyone really know if you can fit these lights to a s2? as is will the headlight it self bolt in

no the idea really was that i had installed a HID kit into the lights i have atm and they were sh1t, scatted light everywhere. so i thought if i could find a cheap set of headlights and retrofit projector lamps into them with HID's that they would be heaps better. if anyone knows of someone with standard hids off a S2 that would be even better..

AS IT STATES.. LOOKING AT MAYBE DOING A RETRO FIT WITH PROJECTOR LIGHTS. CHEERS

ok scrap the washers between the calipers and the hub, they are centred just fine without them. i will be getting some stainless lines made up too they'll cost me $300 del if anyone is interested.. Cheers

ok the rear brakes all sorted.. i had to trim the back plate a tad, the rotors fitted perfect, the only other things i had to do is put a small washer between the hub and caliper to space it out a tad and the original lines didn't quite reach so i just screwed it in our of the holder. see the pics, everything else just fitted and worked... yah

quick question - S2 stagea RS4, putting R33 calipers on. in regards to the brake lines if i buy a kit for stainless lines they will bolt on the calipers itself but does anyone know if they have the same connection on the other end? thanks in advance

i started to remove the rotor the other day, screwed in two bolts into the holes and it started to come off. now he bolts i used weren't very long but i got to a point where i thought it should come off and whatever i did it would not budge.. is there something else i need to do??? ps. yes the handbrake was off. lol thanks guys curt
