  1. hello! Yeah I'm keen for another meet! I'm an eager beaver... Brenton and I drove down on Fridee night because we were bored at 11:30pm after I had dinner out with my lady friends..wanted to go for a drive and thought there may have been an SAU meet even though it was really late.. we ate Krispy Kremes yummo.. anyways.. I'll have to see if we or I can make it because it all depends whether brenton has work.. but I'm keen!
  2. Sorry if this has already been covered.. I just can't seem to find it .. the filtering system on here isn't very good.. Just recently I had a minor accident in my R34GT25 NA... I bent the rear right control arm and since had that replaced and 4 new rims and tyres.. anyway the issue is that my brake light comes on and stays on when it is down and I'm already driving.. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesn't.. for instance today I drove it and it came on and stayed on.. went to the shops and when I drove it home it was as normal.. the car still drives the same. and I've already checked the brake fluid.. that's fine.. there doesn't seem to be a leak.. so I'm not sure if it's the brake sensor or the drive train or something else.. Anyone have any ideas..
  3. I'm sorry.. that's just what I was told..
  4. He had to steal a skyline didn't he.. of all cars! That bastard is making it a whole lot harder for all of us! I bet he's some dole bludging, no hoper sh*tbag.. There's a place sort of near where I live full of housing comissions and my partner tells me a lot of the offenders that steal cars are about 14 years old and younger... I reckon all the sh*tbags should get dropped off on an island and kill eachother off like in Battle Royal! That would be sweet justice! .. OR we should have an american style justice system.. three strikes and you're out..
  5. I apologise .. let me rephrase.. it'll make the car run like crap and you don't want to do that just to save on petrol money.. You can have it retuned to run on 91 ron but that depends if you have an after market ECU.. because I don't think stock ECU's can be retuned.. you'll have to look that one up.. lol..
  6. NO.. NO... NO! Edit: Sorry that's not very helpful of me.. in all honesty you should get yourself a shitter and perhaps get a skyline but as a weekend car.. if you were to put gas in your skyline you could do some real damage..
  7. Partner and I were there.. Even though there were two areas it was still pretty average... Final Battle is a lot better.. of course because it's "Final Battle"... and there are a lot more cars.. disappointed we missed the dyno , would have loved to see the R35 in action!. we had the little man with us and he was getting restless.. so yeah.. next time he's barred from autosalon!!! Here are some more pics from the day...
  8. Good point... Partner and I would love to go to track days except we can't afford to, we have three kids, two import cars, a mortgage to be paid off... and we use both cars as daily drivers..
  9. Oh dear what is the world coming to.. I think you're the one that's soft if this is what ginds your gears.. My friend you will not live too long if this is what you stress about.. there are more pressing matters in the world... I take it you don't have a mortgage or kids...
  10. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you have been caused.. it looks to me as though both the police who have handled your case and the RTA are at fault here. There are very serious laws governing police to ensure they do their jobs accordingly. There are too many to mention. Complaints against the police are treated very seriously, more so because they enforce the law. This isn't a question of police doing their jobs correctly or incorrectly. Who originally took your number plates? Was it the police or the RTA? Either way I think the RTA should issue you with new plates. EDIT: Woops.. didn't realise the mystery of the missing plates was solved.. well carry on..
  11. I live in NSW.. I've only been pulled over once by hwp... and the worst he could say was that my wing may be a hazard to pedestrians.. I also mentioned my partner was in the job.. so he sent me on my way.. I don't think it has anything to do with being female... maybe cops in vic are different??? Yeah sorry paulr33 I contibuted hugely to the rubbish, but I think chicks in hotted up cars is great and a new take on the import scene as mentioned.
  12. Wow.. some of you guys just sound so righteous. I think it was the responsibilty of the organisers to better facilitate safety barriers for the spectators.. if anything Troy should have discussed this with them.. point is it has happened.. my prayers go to Troy and to the families that have lost their loved ones.. everyone involved has a responsibility in this... I have signed because I think killing six people is punishment enough.. and I would not leave one of our own to be punished and judged by the american justice system.
