I was having heaps of trouble with my tryes by that stage... they had gone really off and it just stepped out on me... sorry motoconcepts... next time I'll get some better tyres and hopefully they will grip for a whole session! Can't wait for the next day at oran park on the GP circuit... bit more scary drifting those corners though I would think.

I'm in for all. Hat for all occasions eg to put on over Helmut hair at track days, to ware at BBQ's to keep sun off face. Maybe could have handle on one side? T-shirt to be worn under race suit (long sleve shirt) at track days or when working on car. Polo Shirt, for more dressy outings such as BBQ's and Show and Shines. Sound's like a plan people.

Hey Guys... Had a top day. Thanks to all those that turned up that said the would. And to those that just lobbed on the day and joined in. we had 17 cars in our group + Roy and his mate who signed up by them selves and paued more money... their choice I suppose. Those that said they were coming and did not even call to say that they would not be able to make... thanks for nothing, I really don't think it is that hard to either post the day before as some did, or call in the morning and let the organiser know. NOT HAPPY JAN I'll try to organise to get any footage I have off to roy some how... he lives just round the corner from my work. Dino, Thanks for turning up to organise and sign people up... was good to finally be part of a skyline club. I even got to cruise with another official member on the way home... sort of went commo hunting... but found only one to play with and he turned off a few corners after we caught him... oh well! Hey Guys, What duncan says is totally true. Never have I been to a track day where all have turned up. NEW MEETING TIME... 8am as duncan suggested. This should give us time to sign forms, eat breakfast that is cook by pete... and is he serves up a dogs breakfast then we still get time to race over to Maccas!!! and get the garages that we want all nice and close together. Entry is through gate 7 (competitors entry) around the back of the circuit. If you don't know me I'm own the gunmetal 33 with the rice rear wing. I also changed my rear pads yesterday... took all of about 10 minutes! has anyone else changed their rear pads and noticed that while the outside pads are totally gone the inside ones are only about half used? Sh1t guys, bad news. Dave has only booked us in for 17 places... this means that some might not be able to drive. Still come along though as he has had 4 or 5 cars pull out and has not filled the spaces yet. He will keep them open for us when he finds them in his booking sheet. Dave also asked if we could split the fast "have done this sh1t before" people into the A or B group and the "slow ass" 180sx people and the "never done this before and I'm gonna shit my pants the first time I go around turn one at 100km/h" people into group C. the thermostat in you cooling system only opens to allow water flow when the tempreture gets above a certain degree, the one sideways has is set to open at a lower temp (68 degrees), but I'm not sure what the standard on opens at? Hope this helps.
