  1. its a bargain mate, considering its already painted and trial fitted. if i didnt go with ws kit i would grab this front bar off you mate.
  2. cheers for that mate, hope it does as last year they gave it a miss etc because of this new ownership thingy ma jig. on side note... seems like not alot of WA members go on here anymore?
  3. hi, and welcome to all the guys that just joined. you'll find some useful info/tips and help here along with a few laughs. enjoy
  4. cheers bud, hopefully he will turn out handsome enough in the new tux. will post pics then.
  5. so long story short, after i came back from my singapore trip with the misses and spoiling her on the holiday, i decided heck its my turn. managed to pick up a rare set of dubs, had curb damages so i sent to off to get them fixed and polished. another thing was i recieved my front bar from ws japan in april but not he sides and rears, at the same time i was anxious of wether when i'll ever recieve the rest of my kit from japan which had been ordered 2 months ago. then came a knock and they they were in the delivery truck waiting for me. after 3 weeks the shoes were back (during that time he was rolling on 350z rims), and at the same time i decided hell an expensive set of dubs should have expensive laces to go with them, if that made sense there was no way in the world i would pay for $400 laces but when i saw the volk formulas i just jizzed. they are worth every penny. so here a few teasers until i get him back from the workshop with new clothes then the shoes will be on him. also a pic of a forum member victor also getting the veilside kit fitted at the same time. now just waitin for spacer, jwt pop, exhaust, coilovers and maybe when i get the misses another LV or Chanel bag then maybe i can get away with a twin turbo or supercharged kit. will have to see. enjoy for now, once hes back ill post up pics of him in the gallery section.
  6. i wish i had that car when i was a kid

  8. just an update, as of this stage it will be either Saturday 31st of July OR Sunday the 1st of August. Please give a heads up if you can attend one of these days.
  9. ...awwwww...ok maybe 2? lol but seriously i havnt seen any vs with the stickers...even on 3 cruises that we've had? paul may have one also...damn thought i was special...guess not =(
  10. can you pm me for pricing to WA also...i took my old one off... and to NICKO... how did you manage to get the headlights apart... baking? andy signs of leak when you put it back? ive got a set of angels here bought from the U.S but no one in WA dares to play with them. im planning to get the cincitys design ones pretty soon..
  11. xtc

    Socceroos =(

my gf predicted spain to win this year before wc started. we still have the ticket here for $560. it was $56 odds for them... we played $10 just for shitz and giggles... hope they do win.
  12. theres a guy i know of doing this to his r33. now im telling you depening on the glue/silicon you use to apply make sure its a goo one. hes red ones fell off in the first week. IMO dont get them because they DO NOTHING except enhancing your wheels look if you have aftermarket wheels with big gaps between the spokes (but then again it did look fake and cheap when i saw it on his car TBH! its better if you just give your original calipers a spray, but again remember to buy the heat absorbing one.
  13. im like the only v35 with the SAUWA stickers on LOL unless you've seen others Roy? btw make sure you'll be free beginning of august Rd 4 cruise@! and to OP. thats deep bro respect!
  14. same, although ive managed 64 litres. and best was 621kms on hwys 90% of the time. i think v35-paul has the highest figures because of geraldton to perth and vice versa.
  15. Omg speaking of the devil. Victor on this forum has this problem which just occurred 30mins ago we are at latenight shopping looking for them and no one knows the size. Victor has called me to help also. Anyone?
  16. wouldnt be a bad idea. wonder whens the next long W/E?
  17. how is the glue/3m sticker provided? reason why i asked is that i used one of these before in WA and when the heat came it slowly came off.
  18. shame steve. heard it will be the last time in perth as they have changed hands... on a side note just got back from singapore its a great place...abit humid but food is cheap. i had an awesome time. remember to visit clarke key, little india/chinatown,flyer and the new casino. possibly even geyland if your bored LOL. i got ripped of because of my accent and paid $90sgd for a durian.
  19. cant believe this isnt sold yet? a mate of mine picked a set with tyres for $5k.
  20. its been awhile Wa members. weather is also hard to predict during these months for a good cruise. anyone up for rd 4? will have to be after autosalon as a few wa members are gona be busy for it.
  21. with 22's? lmao! dont know what the previous owner was thinking...anyway, from what i know you should buy/sell a car for what you think its worth simple. people tend to sell cheaper as they are desperate. others higher priced as they KNOW what its true value is. having said that jaiks previous car (supercharged with 20inch volk gtc, carbon etc $20k spent on car mods) is for sale for that modded price $20k...i dont know whats going on with the market...but i think im going to buy it for my w/e car...going to have to say goodbye to holiday.
  22. im with AWN. with every service i need to send in an invoice slip to them....looks like ill stop from now on and do my own service... have read the fineprints and yes they do cover quite abit, but its just not worth it if i dont intend to thrash it soo much...
  23. just a quick one... my V came with 5 years warranty. i have to get it serviced every 10k kms thats $330. major is $1k+ i dont want to sound like a cheapskate but im thinking of voiding it and servicing it myself...at the end of the day it will work out much cheaper and YOU know what fluids are ACTUALLY getting changed and knowing the fact that no d*ckheads are doing a (thrashing) test after the service with your car. this excludes the major but again i think the major could also be done yourself... what are your thoughts guys?
