  1. He's quick on the ball is that Chef fella Just so this post becomes constructive, the single turbo VVTi 1JZ actually first appeared in 96 in conjunction with the JZX100 and series 2 JZZ30, as the last of the JZX90s were being sold. 97 saw the addition of some new features to the JZX100 and 98 saw the series 2 facelift. I believe the 110 replaced the 100 in 2001, with a face lift in 03. Kristian should be able to confirm that one
  2. Poor form Also loling at the irony behind NS running like shit. Their new servers are just like an SR, runs ok for a bit then when it cops a bit of abuse it breaks a rocker arm or something and goes offline for a while
  3. Knew I'd seen that quote somewhere
  4. F*ck thats a huge rort, spewin for ya man. I got done like that by some recruitment cunce too, fkin annoying when ya un-employed and quickly running out of funds
  5. Cheers mate, I change my mind around all the time with this shit How's the job up at Barker going?
  6. Honestly man I have no f*cking idea what to do with that car. Kinda waiting to see if my mates 25de has any head damage from the snapped cam, but sometimes I think even if it doesn't I don't know if I want to start chucking the 25 in anyway. I keep finding out shit that will need to be done that is going to cost more and more than I originally thought it would (no surprises there though) and I just don't have the motivation to spend any money on it at all really.
  7. So what little progress that was being made on fixing the silvia has all but halted. Anyone keen to change a water pump on an RB20?
  8. A WILD SNORLAX APPEARED!
  9. 'Too much pussy, pussy be fallin out my pockets n shit' F*ck it I'ma go watch Delirious again - never gets old
  10. So want to ask hey Anyway I'm slowly becoming more and more sober so yeah I'll just say that driving home from mannum and texting your girlfriend whislt tyring to decide which of the 2 centre lines your going to try and follow is not the greatest of ideas but I made it home and have just smashed through a maccas bacon and egg roll and am now going to bed
  11. Another one of the onehunge, this is the only thing I bothered (tried) to take good pics of
  12. My mum won't be there, she'll be racing on this track they're thinking of building down at Tailem Bend. I haven't really heard much about it, is there a thread on it somewhere I can read? /offtopic.
  13. You know I don't like the tone of your voice there Dan, you wanna sort this out on the oval after school?
  14. Not really, it's the same old shit with this forum. A few members aren't quite fond of the way a few other members have conducted themselves in the past so any time the latter post, the former feel the need to post up their disdain for those members, even if it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand. Then a few others get on the hatin' wagon and there are some personal and general attacks thrown around then the offending posts get deleted and all parties silently vow to continue their epic struggle the next time they see their forum enemy post.
  15. rly?
  16. Mitch, that black tubing stuff that is split down its length so you can hide wires in there and shit. Neatens shit up heaps
  17. ^^ and the other issue of the QE2-sized turning circle All Mitsubishi needed was to actually sell a few of the things and they wouldn'tve gone down the shitter... maybe On topic, I've mentioned my views on this on NS, basically said a new development at Tailem Bend would be a step in the right direction, especially for those dedicated to go the extra distance to get there, but the people who the government want off the streets won't use it and the gov will continue to use this as a scapegoat for any real forward progress for motorsport in SA.
  18. They could do worse
  19. lulwat? What are the wheel and tyre specs on the one in the pic? Tuck the exhaust up and roll the front guards and maybe a slightly narrower tyre and you will be able to go lower to end up with the real shit fitment wise, or just pull your guards a bit so it reps flushness and doesn't look so cop-happy.
  20. Pull the guard out slightly, will make it look flush. That or fit a narrower tyre, will look more agressive. Either way roll the guard and chop about 15mm out of the height.
  21. ^ pretty sure not, but I'd love to know for sure as well cause my 20 is poo'd out and my mate has a 25de with a snapped cam that I'm currently in the midst of sourcing a head for. If they fit that'd be great to know.
  22. Same, less so Facebook (I always make myself look offline in the chat thing when I go on there so cunce don't start talkin shit ) Supposed to be one of the closest things to an R-compound semi slick you can get in a road tyre. There was what you'd call a slight uproar about who should get access to them at what cost in drift comp circles as they were said to pretty much put anyone who wasn't using them at an unfair disadvantage. Can't help you in any real world feedback but judging by what others have said it sounds like you'd be hard pressed to get a better performing tyre short of a semi slick, in the dry at least.
  23. lol no point man I never use it
  24. I would say depends on the night. If it's friday or satdy night (or anytime in the school holidays) I wouldn't exactly be comfortable leaving anything that looks half decent/worth something in a low-traffic area, but most week nights you shouldn't have a drama. How long you gonna be workin in barker Mitch? I live 10 mins away so I could grab that mani off ya when you get it sorted before work or something
