Something else i wanted to know to, will running the r32 gtr ecu affect the multi function display on my dashboard????

You do have to run the r32 GTR ecu but it seems that it plugs straight in and the only mods being the CAS and o2 sensors. The pins in the 34 cas plug only need swapping around to make it run with the 32 ecu. As for the o2 sensors, read the attached. Im assuming the 33 o2 sensors would be the same as the 34's. Is anyone running a nistune ecu set up in their r34 GTR and willing to comment on their experiences with it??? Considering trying it in my own car.

My GTR rims are looking a bit rough and was thinking of getting them polished. Anybody done this and have photos to see how they came out?? Tar.

I have an 01 R1 and have been riding it daily for a few years. Everybody has an opinion on certain bikes like they do with cars. Test ride a few, see which one feels the best. At the moment $22 fills the r1 and gets me just over 200ks. $78 in the GTR gets me shy of 300. Rego is cheaper and the r1 in standard trim is much faster than my 34 gtr v spec. Sux to ride in the rain but just go easy and harden up a little. Have to be very careful for other drivers though. On a good dry day, i enjoy riding the bike more than driving the GTR. Putting your knee down on a corner is an awesome buzz.

Part numbers for rubber brake lines on r34gtr (not n1) and if they are the same part number for the rubber brake lines on r33 gtr and/or 32 gtr. Cheers.

Agreed. I can do the bridge to bridge on Gorge rd a lot quicker on the R1 than the GTR.
