  1. interested... a few questions... brand? size? piping included...?
  2. Thanks dudes... I'll keep an eye out and contact these guys as well... In the mean time... if anyone hears of anything... let me know. Appreciated =)
  3. Those are definitely 'Super ADVAN Racing Version 2,' most probably 17x235s... Very good rims I reckon, but unfortunately they don't go for much second hand. In my honest opinion they look good on a few cars: definitely on R33s, my mate's got a peuter coloured S15 thats got ADVANs with the blue brim... I reckon they look mad on it, but other's have had different opinions... and finally, they look good on Supras. Definitely not R34's... specially 4 door ones. I've seen a few set of these (17x235) go from $650 - $850 or so... depending on their condition as well... Lightweight, if you don't really need the money, I reckon keep them for track use...
  4. The hairdryer definitely works. Some cock stole the S from the back of mine and I decided to remove the 'KYLINE' off the boot. You'll have to hold the hairdryer on full heat at the badge for a while (roughly 5-6 mins), specially if its the original badge: They're usually glued pretty strong. And as previously BWRGTR stated, use a little bit of fishing line or dental floss to cut through the glue (after its heated very well) and remove the badge. Take care and be patient, we tried to take the original Nissan badge of a mates S15 too quickly and it came off with a layer of paint. The whole boot lid needs to be painted now. Good luck with it.
  5. Hey Peeps... okay, so the photos are self-explanatory... I burnt my rear bumper bar. I had just gotten her out of a major service and with it I took off the restrictor that was at the end of my exhaust. That night I went up the Dandenong ranges and half way through... this is what happened. Quite stupid of me... but it happened. Now I'm out here looking for a new bumper bar. Does anyone have one for sale...? or know anyone I could contact. I've called quite a few wreckers and importers... no luck yet. Somewhere in Victoria, preferably. Cheers guys, Izzz
  6. what I meant was this... sorry about the shyte job... was quickly done on paint...
  7. Sweeeet thread! I've been looking forward to this... What do you guys reckon looks the best on a 4dr GTt?... I'm not sure what would suit mine... I'm leaning towards the CrossFactory, the Bomex is not too bad tho, although I would do some work on it first like removing them two fins from the vent hole at the top...
  8. oh shit... I just realised when this thread was posted... my bad!
  9. hey ricky, how much for just the front bar...? and which state are you in (just outta curiousity)...?
  10. You probably won't believe this... but the problem actually had nothing to do with the clutch or the gearbox. The throttle body callibrations had somehow changed in the ECU so apparently so the car was taking too long to realise that I had let go of the accelerator when I'm changing the gears. It didn't make too much sense to me either, but after I reset the ECU, the grindings gone... =)
  11. any updates jack?... did you find out what was wrong with your car?
  12. Thanks for your replies guys. oof... rebuilding the gearbox...? well, thats gonna cost me a bit. I'm taking her to my mech tomorrow so I'll post what was wrong with it once I get it fixed. Cheers guys.
  13. Hey guys... My first post, and its a cry for help... Ive had my R34 GTt for about 5 months, and it had a brand new clutch in it when I bought it. A couple of days ago, I was driving along happily and all of a sudden I felt like gears were grinding when I shifted to 3rd gear... I thought it might just be a one off but then it got worse... now it happens when I shift into 2nd, 3rd and 5th... but only at 3,500 rpms + The stick kind of just gets stuck before it falls into place... grinds for about a second and then all is fine... At lower revs, I do not have this problem. I'm hoping someone would be able to tell me what's up before I take it to a mech. If somebody knows of an earlier thread with this topic, please paste the link, I tried looking but I couldn't find any similar threads. Thanks!
