  5. Hey guys about to do a 100000kms service on my r34 na... Also removing the head to shave it. Where can i get a standard headgasket and head bolts? is there a difference in the rb gaskets(r33 r34 turbo or non turbo?) Also do the cams have to be removed to access head bolts or can i leave them in for the job? Any info much appreciated Regards
  6. Yeh thanks for the info, Ive worked at performance workshops before but mainly with turbo setups or carby NA's. I plan to see how the stock ecu runs with a safc for a bit of extra fuel and if i run good fuel hopefully it wont ping...? Might just get and intake cam aswell, but not EX as they are all aimed at turbo performance.
  7. Hey guys got a mill at work so i think im gonna shave the head in my r34 na. Its stock appart from an exhaust and CAI. Thinking i will take off 1mm. Assuming from calaulations this will provide 11:1CR. Apparently the engine is 10:1cr standard? Any info much appreciated Cheers I know this is a NA question but i was thinking that you guys would have a bit more knowlege on engine internals...

  10. Do all rb25 heads including na use the same ports and bolt pattern for the intake and exhaust manifolds? Could i get a r32 rb25de head and put my r34 neo manifolds etc on it???

  13. Im building my na rb30de for my r34 soon. I plan to run it as stock as possible with an safc to add the extra fuel. Just wondering if anyone can answer some questions. 1.Will the rb25de pistons fit or must i bore it out? 2.what compression will i have by changing to the 25de pistons? 3.to use my original rb25de oil pump will i need a collar? 4.I plan on tappin into the oil pressure sender and plumbing the vct (how is this done?) 5.Do i need to change to a different oil restrictor? 6.What must i do to the head face to bolt it onto the rb30? 7.Is there any extra oil plum bing for the rb25de head? Thanks

  17. TRADE U SET OF GTT WHEELS FOR IT?
  18. Im aiming to run everything as standard just with the 30 bottom end and 25 pistons switched. Then a safc will prob do for the extra fuel. Wat machining is required? and do i need a better oil pump than the vL one?
