  1. I'm sure everyone has a similar story, but 'Dickson Car Inspectors' Took the GTR over the pits on Friday, had a not polite and belittling inspector, I think his name was Carlos. Drive over the pits being every stock except pod filter and adjustable camber arms and ohlin shocks. 1 look and they start asking me if I was a drifter and I knew it was already was going to be bad. the look at the suspension and say that it needs to be engineered, I asked if camber kits are counted as lightly modified. the reply 'I don't care if it's light or heavy modified, you need to get a Engineer Certificate' Next Conversation went like - car too low - 'well it's stock springs and it pass last time' - exhaust too low - 'How much by?' - go ask an engineer. More discussions about not tyre placard, not accepting documentation from nsw, all in not very helpful or demeaning manner. after not being very helpful, he asks can he go, and walks over to his mates and starts laughing. I made a formal compliant against him (first I have every made), hopefully it will change his attitude. Can't believe it's so hard to change to ACT rego with a very lightly modified car.
  2. Spotted Black R33 GTST in Centrelink carpark. I'm also driving my friends black series2 GTST, hopefully getting the GTR registered this Friday, finally!!
  3. Spotted nice white R32 GTR with Trust front bar at jb woden on tuesday or wedesday, very Very nice

  5. Cool, do you have another picture of your car, looked good. what front bar is it anyway?
  6. I got my GPX dynoed ages ago. 101kw at front wheels, only mod air filter. Been spotting heaps of skylines this weekend, too many to keep track. More than 4 today. one nice silver R33 GTST series 2 with a not common front bar in city. Black R32 GTR or GTS-T with trust front bar turning into Curtin this morning. White R33 GTS-T with AVS with NSW plate outiside BP in the city. White R33 GTS-T in Fyshwick turning at bunnings.
  7. Wow, I'd have to say they were minor aswell. Why don't you chase up what you can do for a formal complaint.
  8. I wasn't going to post on this because over the last 3 weeks or so, I haven't had any bad run in's with anyone. that was until today at lunch. Don't know if it's racism or just a bunch of idiots, But Me and my work mate(both asian) while waiting to cross Althllon Drive, back from a late lunch at around 2:30pm ish. Maroon Pulsar with a driver that looked like prince harry just 'honked' and stuck his middle finger up at me for no reason at all. Wasn't close to the curb, didn't even press the crossing button. Talk about small things amusing small minds.
  9. change - (You know, like 'wind of change')
  10. Wow, thanks for this, Might have to take the time to fit all 4 wheels on for the TSW to see if it rubs against anything first. I'm hoping the width of the tyre won't fail as standard R32 GTR tyres are 225 and I'll be using 215's maybe it's time to invest in a set of stockers.
  11. Hi Guys, finally getting to stage where I can get the my GTR changed into ACT rego. the only problem is I have 2 sets of wheels choices to get over th pits with, which one would be more likley to pass? I have a set of TE37's 17x9+15 with 245/45R17 which stick alittle past the guards or a set of TSW REVO's 17x7.5+?? with 215/45R17 which stick inside the guard abit. Which one do you think would be better to go over the pits with? (P.S. both wheels clear the brakes) cheers Michael P.S. still thinking of a good name to replace YAF28F.
