I know of the other pearl M-Spec , i spoke to the owner a long time ago ( 12months?) at a set of traffic lights if i remember right his name is Omar, as far as i know they are the only 2 M-specs in Sydney. If you can prove negligence ( it would be very hard to do ) then you may have a case but i don't like your chances .

This is in NSW i'm talking about but it would be the same all over the country, as long as your trucks are not tippers and come out of a site full of rocks and dirt on them there is no way anyone can win a case in court .

If i was you i would change my lawyers, they have no idea if they tell you that you are resposible for gravel/rocks that are on the road and then flicked up by a moving vehicle. Dont forget its a different story if the stones /gravel was on your truck and then fell on another vehicle and caused damage then you are liable. Like i said i have been there and done that in a court ... Have you taken any of your cases to court? If you did ( provided the loose rocks are on the road, this is a must ) you would win every time and have expenses awarded as well.

I don't think so either, if its a 34 GTR radiator it will be 99 onwards . Series I have alloy tanks and series II have plastic tanks, both are 16 mm thick .

You are correct in saying that a mower flicking something on to your car is liable for any damage to your car . Its totaly different when a car flicks a stone that was on the road . Ask your lawyer if you like and you will see, i have been there and done that BUDDY. Why should someone be responsible just because there was a stone on the road and his tyres flicked it on to your car and did some damage? Its not their fault that the rock was there, on the other hand it it fell of their car they are negligent, same with a lown mower. Like i said before some companies may deside to pay as a gesture of goodwill, even though they know they are not responsible..

Only if the rock falls of the truck, if there are stones on the road and the truck/car happens to flick them they are not responsible . The truck company may choose to pay as a gesture of goodwill though, its up to them ..

Even if he stopped and admited he sprayed the rocks in your car there nothing you can do. His tyres picked up the rocks from the road, if thats correct then its not his fault .

Not in any great hurry to sell, we have 3 gtr's and 6 sets of rims ( 4 r34gtr rims) so ithought i may get rid of one set of 34 rims. As you can see i haven't put them up for sale yet ...

Every 2 years or 40,000 k's, if you use 33% glycol, if you use 50% , 3 years 60,000 km. Dont use more than 70%. Its best to use ready mixed, otherwise use de-mineralised water to mix it with . Never use the cheap coolant ( it has about 5% glycol ) .

It wont come out while under load and it shouldn't pop out on its own . You can always take it out of gear without pushing the clutch, especially when you back off, you acn even change gears up and down without using the clutch.

They are exactly the same condition as the R33 rims i sold you a couple years ago Paul.

The wheels are in excelent condition , no gutter marks at all. Do you want the tyres ? (265x35x18 Toyos). Don't you know what r34 GTR rims look like ?
