I park my car at a certain bus exchange when I got to work. I always take out my steering wheel and put it in my backpack and take it wit me. Some may think its a bit stupid but I thinks it's smart

hmmm broken connection at the exchange huh, If you were on ADSL 2+ then you would have been on Adams equipment and we are able to monitor things like line status and should have def figured out the broken connection. If this was the case then I can see why you are mad at Adam. It is a bit harder to monitor your line status if your on ADSL 1 as Adam use telstras equipment so we cant see shit regarding the line so we usually send out techs to check out the line. Just to clear up no one from Adam internet actually goes out to check/connect lines, They hire a seperate company called E-tech who are responsible to connecting/checking lines. It would probably be better if Adam had their own techs as there always seems to be a communication breakdown between Adam and E-tech. Anyway it was good that u explained urself, I'll try and keep that in mind as a possible fault in future. To ProDaniel Nah I don't know them mate. Did u use to work there? Adam are working on setting up their own ADSL2 equip so maybe you'll prolly get it soonish. I only have ADSL myself due to the same reasons as you.

WTB: one used 235/40 18" tyre I got a screw in one of my tyres the other day, took it to bob jane to get repaired and they reckon it is screwed literally. Didnt want to buy jus one new tyre as the other side still has 60% bit. Jus looking for temp fix till i can afford to buy both. Currently have one of them space saver wheels on... looks gay

Hey mate i know the feeling, stupid regency!! I had to go thru there bout 3 months ago, They filled up the entire page with defects!! Basically everything you have modded in ya car can be defectable. Definetaly put a rear wiper on. Not sure bout lights but u need a eye level light which u have. As for steering wheel it doesnt come with an airbag but best to put on a stock steering wheel (i have one if u wish to borrow). I assume u have an aftermarket sports steering wheel and boss kit. Regency only approve momo and issotta boss kit and steering wheels and they have to compliment each other, eg. if u have momo steering wheel then u must have a momo boss kit. I had a HKB boss kit and momo steering wheel so boss kit got defected :@ :@ ended up jus putting in a stock steering wheel...

I shall be paying at villies too. I am assuming its the one on south road near edwadstown. Dunno if there are any others

Hey all, After my nightmare with regency, I finally have my car back on the road . As a result I have some stock parts sitting in my garage that ppl can borrow: R33 S1 stock steering wheel R33 S1 stock front castor rods R33 S1 stock spoiler Also I have a R33 S1 stock turbo that I will lend out for $75 for a week. It will come with all necessary fittings such as pipes, banjo bolts etc so u dont have to run around for little bits and pieces. The turbo is in fairly good nick and should not get damaged easily but any damages will be borrowers responsibilty. ^^^ my suggestion would be the same as above. I put some high temp gasket maker on my turbo and have had no problems

Hey Dohmar, looks like uv done this before. Yea my car was parked on my lawn. I was thinking that he couldnt defect a vehicle that is parked on my property, are you absuloutely certain of this? I am def considering contesting it now. cheers for your suggestions.

Yea its only a cop shop defect. I have been spending a bit on my 33 lately to try and get it back on the road so I got the minerals but not the money. Dad does tho and he seems to love going to court to fight fines and he has been fairly successful at it. So if he is willing to pay for fees if we lose then Ill def give it a go. Worst case senario i get done for dangerous driving which is 3 d points and 300+ in fines but i only got 2 points left so I am a bit reluctant.

Well since my skyline is defected I have been getting aroun in my good old corolla. On thursday "apparently" a cop saw me driving dangerously and he came around to my place to have a chat with me about it today. I ended up wit a defect on the rolla with a $200 fine :@. I got defected simply because one of my park lights was dim, WTF. Of course i didnt admit to anything but he threatened me wit taking me to court etc etc, in the end i got a $200 fine was for breach of ADRS (watever that is) with no demerit points which was not too bad an outcome as i only got 2 points left. What I am wondering is can the cops actually get you for something you did 5 days ago?? Also I got my bro to take photos of the cop car as he was parked illegally during the whole ordeal. Can i use this as leverage against the copper??. Dad reckons I should go to court and fight it out... i aint sure... any suggestions?? Cheers Franky
