    I've alwys wondered why they have them. Above reasons make sense. But doesn't explain why I've seen them on country utes (a particular VY saw the other week comes to mind) with dual pipes sticking (horizontally) out the back with flaps??? It can't be for looks, cus it looked stupid lol

    When put like that, that actually makes some sense imo And as to QLD wanting to restrict to 4cyl that's crazy. I'd rather be in a crash in a Statesman (v6 or v8) then in a Getz.

    MY fav is Ants ND4SPD. Also like a guy round the corner on a VYSS: TSOOBKCUF (read backwards) - not sure if he's been ordered to give it back though :wassup:

    I just upgraded to 6x9"s, so now I don't need these. Maybee a bit of forward thinking would have been good. Anyway I have a pair of as-new Alpine SPS-170A Type-S 6 1/4" 2-Way Coaxial speakers. They are normally around $170 new (about $100US), but am asking $129 ono. They are great speakers, and easily fit in the factory locations.     Yeah I was just wondering what type of Radio, walkie talkie, CB etc I should get to keep in touch on cruises. Got some examples here, is this the sort of stuff I should get? 1 2 3 Which would you guys recommend? Thanks
