  1. D-limo did you use the rears as well? I'm almost 100% sure the fronts will bolt up but what about the rears?
  2. I have my S14 front brakes waiting to get their brake lines and hubs before being attached to my A31 and was wondering if anyone had ever used S14 coilovers on their Cefiro. I believe the bolts should line up with the A31 in the rear and if I use the S14 hubs with matching balljoints pressed in to the stock A31 LCAs the front should bolt up snug without the need for sleeves on the bolts connecting the hubs to the shock-absorber. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. If anyone has pics of an A31 with stock S14 shock and springs or S14 coilovers please feel free to post up pics/links, I'll really appreciate it.
  3. Turbo boxes have a lot of webbing on the bell-housing whereas regular N/A boxes have little webbing on the bellhousing, especially on the engine side of the gearbox. RB25DET manual gearboxes are physically larger than RB20 boxes and have beefier components.
  4. If it trully isn't that hard to fit, I'll make an attempt. I believe my current one (which came off a R32) is plugged and causing hoses to burst. Can't afford for the head-gasket in this one to go as I'm currently saving for a 25DET.
  5. Thanks alot. I'll just get a 32GTST one.
  6. A shop that is located a distance from where I am has a R33 radiator (both manual and auto R33 if that makes a difference) for cheap. Will there be any difficulties in installing it on my A31? Can the hoses I already have be re-used or would I have to get new ones? I appreciate any help/advice, pics will also come in handy.
  7. Thanks for the recommendations. About swapping non-hicas rear subframes and doing 5 hole conversions...in my country (Trinidad & Tobago) it is relatively easy to get an entire rear subframes from an older model Skyline (my mechanic has one lying around his yard doing absolutely nothing). I will go the route of using the R32 rear-subframe and hopefully it should bolt straight up without much hassle. Again, thanks for the heads up.
  8. I'm acquiring some S14 LCAs and hubs at the end of the month and would like to know if they can be matched with R33 rotors and calipers up front.
  9. I believe the R32 GTST rear subframe (i.e. diff, axles, hubs and brakes) can bolt up directly to the rear of the A31 but what about other Skyline models. The reason I ask is because a buddy and I have sourced a rear subframe but we're not quite sure exactly which model Skyline it came out of, what we do know however is that it has a LSD as well as 2 pot brakes with "NISSAN" grooved in the calipers and HICAS. What I want to know is if there are any problems to look out for when attempting to bolt up the entire subframe as a whole. Is it simple as pulling unbolting the old non HICAS, regular 2x3 bolt diff non-lsd sub-frame and bolting in the new one (i.e. no fabrication involved)? OR do we have to make adjustments? I'm new to this so please bear with me. All help appreciated.
