yeah saw the 4 door r34's but dont really like 4 doors. always liked coupe's still deciding on that. Turbo R33 or Non Turbo R34... Just thought of gettin the r34 since its newer model and then when i can get enough cash i will get R34 turbo. Dont know. cant make up my mind.

I saw GTT but the seller put them up as GT and they have turbo. thanx guyz So what needs to be done if i get a R34 GT (non Turbo) with road Worthy certificate and licenced already in another state? I pay shipping < > 1300 how much for inspection at PITS? Lets say i Pass the PITS coz the car looks stock and is non turbo without any mods. what else needs to be done or payed for?

Hey guyz, I went onto Carsales and found many R34 GTT's for 13000 - 14000. i was wondering how much it costs to ship the car here to Western Australia from Victoria. What stuff do i need to pay for and how much roughly. Do i only need to pay for Shipping and when the car arrives its mine, i can pick it up and drive it? thanx guyz

NZM.031 is right mate. do the following: 1. paint the skirts 2. get a gtr grill 3. find a different front bar 4. take to your headlights with autosol I bet it will make u love ur car more than turbo or other stuff. From what u r sayn, it looks like u dont like the way it looks. So why not make it look good first then when the love is in the Air u can do the rest. I bet if u lower it and paint the Skirts and get Gtr-Grill u will already start liking it. Maybe someone should Photo shop the last pic of ur car and change the side skirts to white and lower ur car. so u can get motivated to PIMP it up and stop hating ur beautiful car. lol I love my R33 so much. since day 1 Pic:

hey guys. i have been tryin to sell my car and i am failing to get teh right price for it. the only reason i am selling it is coz i want a Turbo R33. I am deciding on just puttin in a Turbo motor RB25DET if i fail to sell it soon. I like the way my R33 GTS and it looks nice and it has not had n e problems. the paint work looks awsome and i dont mind keeping it. Just want Turbo. Now Questions Time. lol 1. what is better? buying another R33 GTST or putting a turbo motor in the current one (R33 Non Turbo). (since if i buy a new r33 i wont know whats up wit it) 2. Will a new motor come with warranty? 3. My Budget is around 2.5k to 3.5k (Maybe more not sure yet). is it enough for labour plus motor? 4. If not, how much does it cost? i had alot of questions just cant remember lol. Thanx Guyz.

hey was just checking this site http://www.mrtrally.com.au/performance/tisonics01.htm it says "you may need to reset the micro-controller and start afresh once more. To reboot or reset the micro-controller simply plug your override connection in for a couple of seconds. You will not have to change any of your previous settings as they are permanently stored in a separate memory/RAM location. Always remember that after you have reset your micro-controller - the TT alarm will return to its last state ie. if the alarm was armed at the time of reset/reboot it will return to the alarm armed state." Maybe u shud try rebooting and see if it Helps.

I think its normal. Mine Does that all the time. and my Exhaust doesnt sound loud no matter how much i Rev it. When the Engine gets Warm it sounds Louder and Sweet and Idles at 700RPM and very smooth too. I asked the Guyz at the workshop and they sed its normal.

YaY. Got it fixed, They towed it and replaced a New Blue gates racing timing belt for free. They didnt charge me n e thing. Nice blokes. The bolt that hold the tensioner Pulley snapped and i was lucky i didnt drive it. Coz the timing belt was damaged a bit too. But it was still in place. Now all is fixed. Very Very Happy

yeah mate, i understand. havent turned it on since saturday. I just hope they can book my car for tomorrow

was just checking the engine bay. lol so i thought of knocking the timingbelt cover with my hand. I knocked the Upper Cover and there was nothin. sounded like a plastic thing I knocked the top of the lower cover and it sounded weird like somethin is loose. I checked the R33 repair manual and under teh spot i knocked my hand lies the tensnioner and idler pully's. what do u guys think? if they are loose then how come the timing belt dint come off? thanx Terry and Duncan. Yeah i will call the guyz up and ask them if they will TOW it. if not i will just end up towing it my self. Will also take friend there with me, But the guyz are cool at the workshop they might not even argue and just do it. Coz i have only driven less than 700Kms after the change. Duncan yeah sounds like somethin is gone loose but do you think what ever is gone loose is still in place coz the rattling dissappears at high revs and come back at exactly 1000Rpm. Can it be a pulley? Thanx a lot Guyz. Feel a bit better. hope i havent damaged anythin since the motor was still running fine.

how bout cleaning the Contacts at the back of the detachable face and where the face connects to the Unit. mine was not lighting up the buttons, i cleaned the contacts and now its lighting up

yeah man gonna take it back, it does sound like somethin is very loose has anyone had this problem? BTW the rattling sound is Very Very loud, too loud. I can even hear it with music playing loud.

Hey guyz. I recently replaced my timing Belt and waterpump at a workshop here in perth. it used to whine after the service, but since i dont know much bout cars i thought its was normal. After about 3weeks (today). I am hearing a loud rattling/knocking sound from the timing belt cover. I was half way to work in armadale from bentley at 5:30AM in the morning. so i had no choice but to drive it. i stopped at a gas station to check it out and noticed that the sound goes away when i REV the engine to 2000RPM and if i let go it starts rattling around 1000 RPM. I have parked the car in teh garage and havent used it since then. But the last time it was running(when i got home from work). the rattling was there and when REVin the engine over 1000RPM the rattling dissappears and it had this weird squeky noise from the timing belt the whole time. I am Scared for my car:( What do you guys think the problem is? the engine runs fine apart from the noises. No shaking or anything. I dont wanna use it till i know its ok. Do you guyz think the workshop will have to pay for any damage if its caused by the work they did? or if its somethin gone loose because they made it too tight do you think i have to pay for it? I cant go to work without my car. Cheers

Does anyone know where i can get them from? I want the headlights that look blue. Not HID. I have seen cars that dont have HID but there lights look blue. I went and got H1's for my r33 thinkin they were blue but they look white i have 2 extra boxes and non of them are blue. n e one know a place in perth to get them from or on the net? Cheers
