  1. Is there any possibility to ship in canada? if so, count me in!
  2. To make this possible, i will have to turn the rear housing by 90 degree. When i turn the front housing i doesn't change the slope of the oil drain. As you can see on the picture, i received the turbo with the oil plug horizontal and the water plug vertical. I don't know if i can turn the rear housing also. Do you have a picture of sandwich plate spacer? And where i can buy these? Yeah i have consider going hight mount or low mount but i cant afford an hks at 1800$ I could pay 800 canadian $ tax in but i'm already over budget since a while lol
  3. lol, since i'm in Canada, the shipping would cost more than the flange lol I gotta find longer stud i guess! And for the wastegate, any of you have an idea? Oh and for the clearance, i turned by 20 degree anticlockwise the front housing, tell me that this was safe and i did'nt f**ked up my turbo!
  4. I just did a test fit for the new turbo, a t3-t4. I think i would need a t3 flange as a spacer between the manifold and the turbo what do you think? And for the wastegate, i was going to weld it on the manifold but i realize that i might not have the sapce i would need to. I'm not to sure about this maybe you can help me? Here's the picture of the place.
  5. The title said it all. Wich size i have to go with a t3-t4, with a 4AN hose? The guy who sold me the hose told me 1/16 but i just wanna be sure about it! Thx!
  6. Hey guys, i'm about to buy the oil lines, i wanna have some more informations before if i can find them! I know it's a lot of question but i've though to put this in FAQ in eerything is settled. Oil feed line 12mm x 1,25 in to -4AN adapter (block side) The line -4AN What lenght do i need??? t3-t4 oil inlet flange -4AN with gasket and bolts Do i need an oil restrictor? if so, wich size? I just noticed that i have thread in the oil feed side on my turbo, can i still use something like that? http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...em=350197014087 The guys who sold me the turbo told me that this thread was 5/16 npt, so i guess i can put a fitting directly in there??? Oil drain line Adapter to rb25 block Wich thread i use on oil pan? -8AN line t3-t4 oil drain flange -8AN with 8AN adapter (flange to line), gasket and bolts Water line Any idea? Thx!!!
  7. i think its the recirc of the bov
  8. i'm about to install a t3-t4 turbo on my rb25det and i just saw that vacuum hose wich i really dont know what to do with! It's the hose that start there, on the air intake oem piping and goes there, on my bov. Do i have to keep it on the custom aluminium intake piping? if so, i only have to drill and put a nozzle on the piping i guess. If not, the oem bov will work without that hose? Thx!
  9. What is the maximum pressure that a oem cylinder clutch can give on a rb25det's gearbox? I just install a new clutch and i can barely enter the gears. Everything is well installed into the gearbox. I tried to play with the rod adjustment inside the car and now, i can enter gear easier than before but i almost maxed out the adjustment on the bolt and i know thst it's not normal! I guess the oem cylinder don't apply enough pressure on the pressure plate? Or maybe there was already some air in the system wich i wasn'y able to feel with the oem clutch? ( i didn't open the system, only took off the 2 bolt that old the cylinder) Any ideasof the pressure spec of the cyliner?
  10. oh and what could be the best set-up possible for the wastegate piping on a stock rb25det manifold? Cause i know that the piping can affect a lot the flow..
  11. lol sorry for the lack of informations. Your about right though! It's a rb25det with stock internal. With a T31/T04e 60-1 with a 0,63 a/r But i won't rev it to 8k. Maximum 6900-7000 rpm.
  12. I'm aiming at 410 REAR WHEElL hp. I wonder, 38 mm tial or 44 mm tial? There is 200$ difference between them so i hop i can go with a 38 mm! PS. I aim at 410 rwhp but i guess i'll make around 370rwhp
  13. Yeha i know lol.. i'm waiting to find someone who can weld me a nipple on my intercooler piping. Until that, the gay hose will stay there =( Thx for advice on top hose.
  14. It actually lead to a 1" black metal hose and i have no idea what is it! I know how to adjust it, well i think i know... I was after 12 psi but anyway, the car will be stored in 2 months and it's cold as shit outside. I think shut down the boost controller and will adjust all my things next season. Still, i would like to find the issue lol.
  15. I guess this is the oem boost solenoid but i care about the little nipple without any hose. What is it and do i have to put a cap on it? I guess it's been like that for a long time but i've had a boost trouble for 5 weeks now and i' trying to figure it out! The boost is inconsistant, it goes up to 12 psi, then come back to 8 psi within 1 second when i am full open throtle. Sometimes, it won't do it. I tried with the boost controller (greddy profec b) in of mode and it seems to run ok. Anyway, do i have to put a cap on this little free nipple? Ps. Don't mind about the pink hose, it won't stay there lol...
  16. Ok great, i'll weld a nipple to the oem place! Thanks
  17. lol, it won't stay there. As soon as i know what to do, i'll replace by blue one. I just receive my order of blue silicon hose so...
  18. Hi there, i just installed a new fmic with the piping kit and now, i wonder where to fit my boost control valve vacuum hose. The kit had a "T" fitting but no instruction that tell where to install it. So i figured out the only place was on the blow off valve. I wasn't sure about this but it seem to run very well. Still, is it safe and is it the right place to fit the vacuum hose? See my boost controller valve to the right? the pink hose go to the blow off valve to the left. And that's how i connected it. So.. is it ok or i should weld a nozzle on the piping to keep it like the oem one? Thanks!
  19. is the clutch a twin or triple disk from factory? Yeah i'll try you , check your pm
  20. I'm trying to figure out which bolt pattern my oem pressure have on my car (r33 gts-t rb25det). Do i have the same bolt pattern as a 300zx TT Or N/A??
  21. Correction here. The exhaust rocker cover gasket is 13270 also, not 13280
  22. I like this option. It would save me a bunch of money and time! However, i'll make the test with a new battery, just to make sure. lol..
