oodles im in the same boat as you but im a bit older den you. I turned 18 like half a year ago in May and im about to buy a R33 GTS-T skyline....probally a 96?97? Series 2 that is......in a few weeks time. Insurance is a killer, i got quoted 5000 something at Just Cars. So at the moment im considering against the Skyline and maybe going for an S15 instead, hoping that the insuracne would be cheaper because its not an import? and ye so im considering as well.. btw oodles, jus a bit of advice..i dont think u should buy a skyline right after you get ur p's.You should at least drive ur parents car for a few years and gain enough experience because if you have no experience, a skyline is gonna be pretty hard to handle dude. I'm on my green p's and have around 2 to more years of driving experience in my parents camry. I drive like 50kmz everyday to uni and i did like 80hrs+ on my L's so you can say i have sufficient driving experience behind me so like the point is, im probaly gonna find it hard to adapt to a skyline as well, coz the main thing its RWD so in the wet its gonna be a killer if you dont have enough experience to handle the car. So i advise you get a less powerful car or at least gain some experience first to prevent loss of your car or your life =). BUt yeah anyhowz good luck in finding insurance =)

LOL @ franks...hahahah true!!..... the skyline driver is like the camera man n like half way through the race he's like "got to show them the power of dis GTR" or somethin like dat lol n jus takes over the 350Z like dat.. hahahz.........but anyhowz it was working last nite..i dled it in less den 1/2 n hr last nite....... so ye keep tryin..its a cool clip da boxter got ripped lol

Fark...notin more i hate den people tryin to make a car into something it isnt. A GTR badge on a GTS-T is already bad enough, but i really really cannot stand lancers tryin to be EvO's. LIke seriously man!! Lancers are a piece of sh*t....farkkk.......seriously man...the body kit for a GTR is nice..but a badge? mannn wannabe cars like the evo etc....jus get laughed at by people who know something about cars. i would seriously be embarassed driving around in a fake Evo wannabe or a GT-R wannabe. I would rather be drivin around in a nice stock GTS-T skyline or a Stock lancer. At least im not tryin to be somethin im not. =)

uummmm jetgts whats the lowest you are willing to go for it, and when do you have to sell it by. im VERY interested in your car since im planning to buy a white S2 GTST in 1 months time and was planning to get a GTR wing wit 400R kit on it.....the state problem wouldnt be that much of a problem though i live in sydney.....but thats a relali nice car... my only other problem is that im thinkin about an S15 rather den a skyline...but it would be goood if you had more fotoz up.,..and if the car isnt gone by nxt month..den ill most likely be VERY VERY interested in it...

ummmm im plannning to get a skyline for my first car....n not because of the power but simply because i have a love for this car. But then again im having a problem at the moment coz im trying to decide between an S15 or a skyline.. any advice guyz? im 18.5yrs atm..

y get a GTV? and not a GTT? A skyline is a lot beta with turbo den witout and he can afford one.. for me i would go for the GTT........... although i do like s15's and Wrx's but GTT R34 is realiiiiiiii nice they aint as common as the other 2........
