  2. Would it come by Toll or something along those lines?? And it definitely is a turbo box, if so PM me with your bank details and i'll transfer the money today.
  3. Is that $650 including getting it here to Sydney? Cause it would be a lot easier for me if it's near Sydney.
  4. Chasing a RB20DET gearbox in complete condition and no damage to the gearset. Need it by the end of the month, will pick up in the local area.

    RB30DE R31

Simple compilation of basically the only R31 with an Rb26/30 na conversion.
  6. I would be heaps can on a dvd please.
  7. Mad day, sadly I was the only representing the 31 and the first time I got to see an R34 GT-R, I didn't to bad keeping up with all the turbo cars in my N/a 31. And here's a couple of pics from when we stopped in singleton: Can't wait for the dyno day now...
  8. Did your resistor pack spit the dummy?
  9. In the picture provided in the first post, there is a building directly BEHIND maccas with a double sided car park area, it's right next to the gravel sand pit, it'll be out of the way and there is no annoying speed bumps as well...
  10. Well the car is booked back in for early November to have cam gears put on + the re-tune, and with a little bit of luck that should see me past the 200 HP mark at the treads. I'll be heading to Putty Rd cruise this weekend so if people are keen on having a gander than they are more than welcome, I spent enough for not to be hiding under the hood the whole time, lol.
  11. In relation to where the meet point is... If you plan on meeting in the yellow circle (just in front of maccas) and you want to leave at 1030 so people will be arriving around 9:30 - 10 am which is when breakfast menu is on and it can quite packed in there, then you add 30+ skylines etc = very little room. The red area I think might be gravel... Blue area has a lot car space available and is still a short walk to maccas if any body wants food. Just thoughts...
  12. I have just recently had a 26/30 built up n/a and here are some answers that your chasing are as follows and some prices Crank: - If your running the 30 bottom end you'll have a RB30 crank no doubt, now with the RB30 crank there are little plugs in the crank from where holes get drilled through it so these HAVE to be removed if your revving the motor past 6000rpm (have a tendency to fly out, not good!) and have them replaced with grub screws and get them knocked into place with like a centre punch so they definitely won't come out. - You'll also need a crank collar ($165) if you upgrade the oil pump (I think it is if you replace the oil pump), i'm running a GTS-T oil pump which is more than enough cause the GT-R pumps will give to much pressure for a n/a setup due to the fact that the GT-R's have piston squirters and turbo's. Rods: - True the RB30 rods can withstand 250+rwkw (way more power than what you'll see out of a n/a 30) but the thing is taking them past there breaking point and it may only require 50rwkw at 8000rpm and twang there goes a rod so rods are a good idea also, I don't have rods yet and it doesn't mind being taken out to 7000rpm every now again. Block: - I'm using 30 rods with 25DE pistons, the block was chopped 50 thou (don't know how many mm that is) and the head was taken back a bit and I think the pistons had some meat taken off them as well from memory, if you want more accurate measurements I can contact people that put the motor together, either way it runs over 12:1 and under 12.5:1 CR. Very Nice! All the machine work cost a bit under $2G and there is still more to go. If your not keen on spending a lot of money straight up, then I wouldn't bother with cams and gears at this point in time unless you can get a sweet deal on either items, but seeing as how you have a non-turbo head everything to do with the cams will suit the n/a application. Unlike myself everything is operating in turbo mode (f***ing annoying), will be getting gears first to dial the cams in a bit better then i'll throw some sticks at it. Hopefully it'll see the 230rwhp mark.
  13. I wouldn't mind putting the 31 on the rollers again. Can we have a non-turbo and turbo RB30 class, cause for us N/a RB nutters we can get out run by a bloody comonwhore or something like that in the N/a class and we would get toasted in the RB30 class by someone with a turbed 30, just a suggestion. I'll see if some of the guys from the R31 club would like to come along also.
  14. Yeah I'm a member of the R31 Skyline Club and no one has posted anything higher then 177rwkw and that's in NSW, but in saying that, the bloke with this 200rwkw figure probably isn't a member. Are they an SAU member cause I would love to have a chat, cause my end goal is 225rwkw(100HP/L), I've got 140 now. Just wondering, what type of rwkw gain if I did this: Old System: Hurricane Tri-Y equal length Headers, 3" steel cat, 2.25" press bent piping, and 2 Straight through mufflers. To this New System: Hurricane Tri-Y equal length Headers, 3.5" stainless 200cfm cat, 3" stainless steel mandrel bent piping and 2 straight through mufflers.
  15. I want to get aftermarket rods cause i'm still running the Rb30 rods which aren't designed to rev into the 7-8000rpm range. And I don't want a rod going through the block, not good.
  16. Yeah the cost that I mentioned ($1500 - $2000) would cover the new cams, new springs and the machine work + tune involved putting the new cams in, but the new cams would not be till after Christmas. I'll put the new exhaust on first so that when the cams go in there won't be anything restricting them, but I'm thinking if the head is going to be pulled off the motor I might get the rods done as well, since it will want to rev like crazy.
  17. Yes there can be more adjustment made with the exhaust cam which would give it a definite power increase. But I don't know if I should spend $500 and get cam gears or spend $1500 and get cams which would give a massive increase in power?? Oh yeah its still running the 1986 2.25" press bent exhaust, so a stainless 3" would help out a lot as well
  18. What do you mean by 4 cyl ecu?? I've got one running my 26/30 n/a setup and it seems to be coping well with the 140 rwkw it's made. The only thing I can say wrong about it, that when trying to turn my car over sometimes the CAS and the ECU have a conflict and sort of cut the ignition out, only does it every now and again.
  19. Model - 1986 R31 GX Engine - RB30DE (30 bottom, 26 top) Modifications - Aftermaket ECU, chromoly flywheel, Nismo pressure plate, balanced rods, over 12:1 comp, N1 GT-R rings, GT-R water pump, GTS-T oil pump, RB25DE pistons, oil restrictors, crank grub screwed. Power - 139.2 rwkw or 186 rwhp at 5800 rpm MISC - Still running the turbo cams (very bad for n/a application) and still have the 2.25 press bent exhaust. With new cams, exhaust and rods, it should see +180 rwkw
  20. Rookie question, but what size are the standard throttles?
  21. With a little luck I should be able to come to this one.
