I consider Jimboomba the sticks.. lol I went to Beauy too.. I used to live out Mt Barney way out near flanigans. Worked at a couple of the Horse Studs out there.. Loved the fact that you could jump on your horse, Moto, car etc and just cruise around anywhere you like.. Oh and the local pub was pretty good too.. I miss the good old days..

Yeah thats it hey! Although, Brisbane has some pretty Shocking roads as well..

AGREED!! I like Brisbane, We have pretty much everything, And both Sunny and Gold Coasts arnt too far away.. Although, if i had the chance I'd live in the Sticks for sure.

Welcome all!! Hey Katie, Drifts are on at QR (Queensland raceway) Every month on a friday night.. I think the next one is on July 31st.. Starts at around 6.. Def check it out.. Also there are drifts on a much tighter (Gocart) track at Archifield.. Also on friday nights..

EDIT - OOOPPSS Just noticed that this was an "08" Thread.. 2009 Powercruise will be held on Sept 10th -13th! I'll be there for sure!! Last year was the first one i missed due to my car being written off! It's an awesome event, With plently to see and do. For anyone who has never been and is wondering if it's worth taking your car out.. DO IT!!! It's a great weekend.. 100kw to 1000kw You'll still have a ball! Sure there are going to be cars out there with more horsepower etc, But it's all in fun.. :hsdance: I cant wait! Here's some info -
