    Hi all Just finished my manual conversion on my R33 Gtst, the problem is that there is a ringing noise coming from the gearbox,Could this be a warn thrust bearing, Moving through the gears perfect.just that nosie. Any ideas thats all i can realy think of Cheers

    Sorted out that problem the thrust bearing had come apart , New Problem, the is now a ringing noise coming from the gearbox,only starts ringing when is moving. Drives fine through the gears goes well, Could this be asign of a warn out thrust bearing any other ideas, Is it still ok to drive Thanks

    Hey Champ Yeah i did take it to the mechanic to get the lines bleed,They bleed it but was still pushing the folk in only an inch, There is something stopping it inside so i have started pulling the gearbox out, it will be out tomorrow ill let you no what i find. Appreciate the advice hopefully it is smoething simple. Cheers

    Took my car into get the clutch bleed, Found out its got nothing to do with the clutch lines.Something within the gearbox is stopping the folk from moving, it pushes about 1 inch then stops and will not retract so i now have to pull the gearbox out. Fun lol To see what is stopping it from moving.

    Hi I have just well almost finished a manual conversion on my R33 Gtst. I Took my car to get the clutch bleed today and was told that the folk would push in half way and no further and would not retract without pressure, I realy need some advice before i pull the gearbox out, Could it be that there is not enough grease Im lost Thanks Aaron

    Finaly got a replacement salve cylinder, Now having troubles bleend the lines will only compress half way and wont even spring back is anyone available to help me Today, Cheers Aaron

    Cheers man Going to have a go at removing the broken bolt with a bolt extractor, then car hopefully be back on the road.

    Hi all, Just as i was ready to take my car for a drive for its first time after my manual conversion my clutch fluid leaked out, as i was doing up a bolt on the slave cylinder it broke,FAIL. So does anyone have one localy for sale or dont need anymore. Cheers Aaron
