  1. Hey All, Firstly Dark, that's an awesome chik besides your signature. Who is it? Anyway, back to the point, what do you mean you have miles in the middle? I'm not too sure if I understand. But here's my 2 cents. Again, this is for the R33. As logos can be customisable, would it be possible to have the 'S' logo, (ie bonnet logo) etched into the dial. Black when lights off, glowing blue when lights are turned on. I must admit, I do like NISMO styled ones, perhaps we can base the design on that as well. It, have like an orange then red section. As for the remainder of the dial, stick with the blue. I'll try to whip something up in photoshop so that we can work on designs. Anybody elses thoughts? Thanks.
  2. Hi funkymonkey Great investigative work. Can I put my hand up for a R33 one. Not too sure what the tally is, but I'm keen. Please advise on who to pay and how I can add my specs etc. Thanks.
  3. G'day All, It seems like all people on this forum here, I'm chasing one of those dash inserts, as I currently have a gaping hole, as my stereo is only a single DIN. I know that you can get the 300ZX ones that fit, however, they don't have that cover. Antsy I know, but does anybody have one they wish to sell me? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
  4. Good Afternoon All, Well I've finally made the plunge and bought myself an R33. It's currently on the boat so yeah, am looking for a quality alarm system to install. People keep telling me about the Brant Nemisis alarm, and swear by the quality. I had a quote done on mine and this is what they had to offer. - 6 ptImmobiliser/Alarm with battery backup siren, door, boot bonnet protection, - Ultrasonic internal sensors & internal screamer siren - Pin Number controlled (like the WRX's apparently) - central locking attachment All for the handsome sum of $1343 I can also add window closure for another $148 and a paging system for $198 (not too sure what this does though) So yes, the price is hefty, but I guess for real peace of mind, I do not mind paying this investment. But now I hear about the Autowatch system. May I ask, can anybody please advise on what it has to offer and at what price? Again, I don't mind going all out, if it's value for money. cc Friski I know you install these, and XCUZME I know you have one, that's why I was hoping you could comment. Thanks in advance to all who reply.
  5. Whoops, my bad, what I meant was, can we budge on your price of $200. Ps. on the rev tacho, where the boost gauge fits, is there a hole, or a clear plastic film to see the gauge? Thanks.
  6. Hi, can you please work out how much it would be COD to Melb? Thanks. I know you said 250 firm, but I have to ask, can we budge on this?
  7. Hey Bud, May I ask, is the price negotiatable any further? How many km's were done with these. I'm located in Melb to, so PM and we can perhaps catch up to discuss. Thanks.
  8. Oh yeah, Is the price on the side skirts negotiatable? PM me if you like. I'm located in the south eastern burbs of Melb so yeah, perhaps we can catch up to discuss. Thanks.
  9. Hey Bud, May I ask, do you still have the side skirts for sale? Can you please send photos to [email protected] Thanks!
  10. Thanks INASNT, If I can find one, care to put mine in?? hehe. Oh well, I'll see what I can find Thanks again.
  11. Hi INASNT Everytime I've seen a GTST one, the stock boost gauge area had this clear plastic over it. I think GRIM also had this problem and manually cut the clear part off himself. But yours came cut out did it? Can I ask where did you buy it from? As I cant sources anyone here in Melb. Also, do you mind me asking how much did it cost you? Thanks heaps!
  12. Hi Looking at the link, http://www.perfectrun.com.au/perfor...rpanelframe.htm where can I get a gauge that is 43mm. I dont think one exists. Well, no known name brands at least. Can anybody advise as Im in the same predicament as DJ_L3ThAL Thanks all
  13. Hi Chris32. Thanks heaps for looking. I'm not too sure if 3cm x 3cm is too big, but would love to give it a try. It's for a model skyline what I have. THe standard decal ripped and I was hoping to replace it. Can you please tell me how I can get it from you? I'm located inMleb btw. THanks

  15. Thanks heaps, look forward to your reply.
  16. Hi Chris32 Do you have any GTR, or R33 related decals at all? I need a small one, roughly 1.5 - 2 cm square? Thanks.
  17. Hi OFD14L, I'm in the EXACT same position as you and will only be getting third party. Can you please check out both the Navtrak and QuickTrack option and decide which one is best? Ie, GPS coverage over radio coverage. Realiability, cost, and trackability like say under cover etc. Your comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  18. Hey, Thanks all for your reply. Yes, I too agree with the detachable face option and I will be getting one without a doubt. Most upper market stereos have this as standard anyway. I too will be getting the Brant Nemisis car alarm, but regardless of whether it is detachable, the extra security gives peace of mind. That's why I still want to conceal it completely. Oh well, I'll get a single din dash and see if it works. If so, I'll upload a few pic for you guys. So, yeah, anybody got one for sale? Thanks.
  19. Hi, I was wondering if you could offer some advice. I currently own a R33 that has 2 din's in the dash free. I currently have a huge gaping whole in my dash. Anyway, I intend on using one for gauges, and the second for the stereo. The only problem is, I have heard a lot of bad press (rightfully so) about stolen HU's, so I'm after a stealth install. Would it be possible to fit a HU behind the front panel of the single din dash tray. As you all probably know, there is a cover for the tray which can be closed. I thought it would be perfect to hide the stereo behind that. Thoughts? I don't mind fabricating the the tray cover, but for those who have one, do you think if would be feasible. On a side note, does anyone have a tray, with this cover for sale? Thanks heaps! ps, for those who don't know what the tray looks like, please refer to http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&highlight=dash Grim sorry mate, I stole your picture as the example. Cheers!
  20. Hi Skyline33 Can you please advise if you still have you strip which says Skyline on it. Is it for a 4 door or a coupe. My coupe one has cracked and I need a new one. Can you please advise and if so for how much. I am after a white or clear one for a coupe. Thanks.
  21. Can you post some pics please [email protected] Thanks.
  22. Hey, is the car still for sale? If so, do you have any photos of the interior. Moreso, is the price negotiatable? Actually then again, it's probably beyond my price range. But oh well, please advise? Thanks.
  23. Hey PVA. It has been a while. Is the car still for sale, if so, is the price negotiable? Thanks.
  24. Hey PVA Yeah, I know, I know. But yeah, you're unfortuately outside my price bracket I'm only going to insure it third party fire and theft, so yeah, don't really want to spend too much. Another problem is you're way over there in WA while on in Melb, Vic. Thanks anyway
  25. G'day All, Need your advice, if most of you don't know me as yet, I'm looking for a R33. The main problem I have right now, is the matter of insurance. I have been quoted some astronomical price for a turbo, however as I still like the R33 shape, am opting for a NA one instead. I have managed to track one down in pretty good condition. It has the M Spec body kit, so yeah, has the looks, but it only has the RB20 engine in it. Now I currently drive a VL Commo, with the famous RB30 engine in it. Considering that that is pretty sluggish already, should I even bother with the RB20? I love the shape and really want to get into a R33, but how does it run? Remember, the R33 is a big ass car! Can any mods be done to it so that it is a least respectible? Final question, how much would you pay for one? The one I've found is a 1993, (or was that 1994) M spec body kit with 80K on the clock (hmmmm, doubtdul) Anyway, please write back with your thoughts. Thanks!
