well the enigne is stock apart from bmc air filter and coilpacks. the cars not exactly stock stock from factory. stereo sub all the usuals really ok heres where some people will call me a wanker and so on. my car is down as a gts im on my provisional's. and all the cops know its non turbo and never pull me up casue i dont kane my car or anything. blown d.e.t (turbo motor) i meant. the engines stock but ive done things to the rest of the car that took my time and my effort and i dont really want to part with it. although i was jsut thinking about an engine/box and ecu conversion. And waas going to buy a big brake kit conversion ect ect so it is all safe.But im not doing it all till i have all the parts i need and do it in one weekend. But what about the paper work? it can all be done at department of transport jsut to get the engine number changed over to that chassis? it has a gtst diff and an lsd so i wont need to worry about changing that. plus cheers N-DAWG for your input too

ok i have an n/a completly stock r33 i love the car but i want a turbo was jsut wondering what an easy option would be? A.buy the peices bit by bit and then do it B.buy a blown det and convert everything onto my na C.buy a det and computer do a conversion D.but a front cut and get the brakes ect ect wit it i have taken it to the drags and it is sjut soo gutless in n/a form but i know they arent a power house. jsut need some opinions fellas cheers in advance (dont flame me plz)

ok i knew this crap was going to happen you see i have a mate that has a r33 also...all my ideas when i first got mine i told him then all of a sudden he reckons hes got these new ideas and tells me theyre the exact same as what i want to do to my car..so before i went out one weekend to where i used to live i took my rear spoiler off and bought sum lame ass stickers. that weekend we went for a drive after i heard it non stop yours doesnt ahve a turbo yours is four stud ra ra ra.. i had my park lights on went got a feed then we start driving again and all of a sudden his park lights are one. spoke to a few mates hes got stickers and no rear wing now. and he doesnt say crap any more after we had a bit of a race. hope that clears it all up horses for courses really didn like em at first always laughed at myself now it jsut doesnt bother me.

i beg to differ with the modern dog boxes and double clutching upshifting my mate has a dog box in his 200 and par told him to double clutch for eg first to second go dead bang into neutral not jsut double clutch with it still sitting over to the left (from in the car point of veiw).. because short shifting flat changing with dog boxes wears away the hardner and the teeth and your forking out for a new box withing 5000kays... he has had 10,000 kays now without failure jsut my rant bout dog boxes (therye cops on the street)

i have raced 2 gtst's in my n/a i beat my mates r33 gtst and i had a r32 pull half a car on me my gearing i dont thin it is standard as i hit limiter in second im jsut sitting on 100 kays ????? :S

struts were leaking yes, guys tht did my tyres are dodgey guys didnt find that out till i had already paid and had them back on the car. its suspension. im jsut asking cauase i have a 3 hour drive on the weekend to a small country town 3 hours there 3 back jsut contemplating on taking it i love driving it i drive it 30 kays on the highway everyday to work and back

i put 4 new tyres and stuff on it before roadworthy balanced and everything they said yeah its only over a bump and it makes a big noise in the front the guy tht did the roadworthy said they have no oil in them but i degreased everything on my car before roadworthy. it doesnt vibrate wen driving normal jsut a bump if it hits one wheel or an un even through dips and over jsut normal bumos not a thing :S

i got my car registered and over the moon then on the highway hit a bump on my right wheel and the steering shook real bad then stopped. it does it all the time sitting over 80 or if i turn it and theres bumps all over the road?. apparently my struts have leaked and all i need is new struts and my steering is a bit loose...any help would be great cheers

skylines my first car on my lisence and im jsut insured for fire theft and if sumone else hits me and its their fault i had to pay 1900 up front for full compo but didnt have the coin so that will be very soon through jsut cars ill be sticking to them rang suncorp she laughed at me and hung up :|

i had a guy at the tranny shop say tht if it goes the opposite its an lsd so i jacked it up when i was working on it and did it and they went the same then when i finally got it on the road (completly gutless mind you and there were no cars around) i sidestepped it only chirped and felt like my side then when i went and did a skid both were going then when i got off the brake and held my foot flat it did two little drifts then died ???? my gearing is really really tall what speed does first gear normally get you?

yeah it was in an auto salon book on the blue ae86 (sprinter they were building) read the story alot of drifters use it apparently so the bar is more secure and firm wen it pops off or something and wont break

ive been working on my car getting it ready for rego n then my afm s#*$@ itself today and was jsut wondering with z32 afm causue theyre every where and if i buy one and a plug the car will need a retune wont it? any options ive searched and found that s1 gtst afm will not harm anything or if anyone has or knows of one help me plz i need the car done in the next few weeks jsut any help at all? thanks luke
