  1. SOLD
  2. Ive got a turbo that came on a R33 GTST half cut but we upgraded to a bigger turbo Its a GT2535-56T, with a hks rear housing .64, it bolts straight onto factory manifold and factory dump. it will need slight modifications to your intercooler pipes to fit. Just needs a waste gate actuator. Looking for $550 Thanks hopefully will get some photos soon Location is Tweed heads
  3. welcome to sau qld, you never said which state you moved from but your certificate wont carry over from state to state, in Qld you will require a mod plate which are simple to get for that type of conversion, good luck
  4. I work at the Nissan dealer at tweed heads( a bit south for you) but l have always got my gaskets from work and they have never been $100, maybe $50 for the dump gasket, and we can get most import parts genrally overnight. Just try callin your local dealer, it may be cheaper than you think. Good luck
  5. it was a great day, good pics to, lm even in the vid, at first it looks like lm grindin my R34 lol
  6. my R34 GTT 4door did about 400km today and used just under 3/4 of a tank with the a/c on all day.
  7. congrats on a great day. This was my first one and had lots of fun, first cruise for my R34 too. Pitty about the weather and the long drive for me coming from south of Tweed heads, but well worth it.
  8. The water pump dosent need to be done by the books but isnt a bad idea, as it requires the timing belt to be removed to fit a new one. Due to the age of most skylines these days getting your water pump done when the timing belt is done,it could save a bit of money done the road.
  9. lve done this before, its a real pain. firstly are you sure the motor is a fault and not the window switch? If its the motor sometimes you can get lucky and get it to move by tapping the motor lightly with a hammer whilst trying to wind up the window and it may start working(but not for long so dont expect it to be fixed, it will need replacing) if it does then you undo the window bolts as usual. If that dosent work you are just going to have to try and jam your hands with a spanner(ratched spanner is best) into the door holes and slowly undo them. l know it sucks but with out breaking the glass you are out of options. And yes normally the window needs to be wound down to get the glass down to the access holes for the glass bolts. Good luck with it
  10. off the top of my head l think it is Spark plugs if still using factory Timing belt oil + filter as every thing else l think is done at 80,000 such as coolant brake fluid air filter fuel filter also if you havent done your diff oil and gearbox oil done get that done to. l would also do what ever has been missed in previous services to get services back on track. Hope that helps
  11. Castrol syntrans l think it was, it was recommended to me by our castrol supplier and l tried it in my old R33 GTST and it made a noteable difference, mainly with fast shifts(no more grinding) its more expensive then normal but worth it. Not sure what the grade was, but close to factory specs. hope that helps
  12. Yeah you can just remove the a/c belt, it dosent run anything else so it will only stop your air con.
  13. there is no reset procedure as such that l know of for the key(if factory NATS nissan anti theft) at most it can be reprogramed with the consult2,as for remotes they can be reprogramed but it shouldnt stop car from starting(unless aftermarket immobilizer fitted), the best bet is to go to your local nissan dealer and get them to check any faults/codes with the consult2 using the NATS card. Also what model is your car? if it has factory immobilizer(nats) then yes it does have a chip in it.
  14. on my R34 GTT 4door fronts are 18x8.5 with +30 offset tyres 225/40/18 rears are 18x9.5 with +38 offset tyres 255/35/18 They dont rub at all but if l went lower they might just rub on inner guards on the front. Hope that helps.
  15. I was wondering if anyone knows what is the actual problem with the R34 pop screen is when it brings up the blue screen with japanese writing on it? I know every says just replace but l was just interested. If you havent seen it in your R34(if you have the screen) you most probally soon will, whenever the ignition is turned on the screen comes up and you cannot use it or even close it with out turning the ignition off. Has any one had one repaired?
