hello again everyone i had another thread on the go regarding my ECU a while back and i thought instead of digging that up from the depths id just start a fresh one. ive got a 1997 series 1 RS4 auto 4WD ive managed to fix my 4wd troubles (broken fuse holder pin) but ive still got no rev limiter ive had a good dig around in the loom near the computer and was quite concerned with the amount of wires that have been cut,spliced and joined bear with me on this but ill try and explain it as best i can and check out the photos and if anyone can give me an idea if there is some sort of FCD or piggyback unit installed that would be great.im pretty sure what ever is in there isnt stock,the car runs fine,the wiring just looks like shite any help this time would be greatly appreciated as always ive got 4 thick gauge grey wires 1 joined to a orange and blue wires,thats also joined to a thick gauge black wire 1 joined to a white a blue wire 1 joined to grey and red wire and a black and orange wire 1 joined to a white and blue wire and an orange and blue wire then there is also 2 black and red wire cut and joined together i hope thats not too confusing,check out the pics if it doesnt make sense thanks again rodders
