hey all,need to know some rough numbers for this thing.ive organised a buy 1 get 1 free coffee through a mate at gloria jeans in glenelg for all those attending before we head off,and im in the process of maybe getting some food & drink specials put on at a pub for when we get back to town,or can do a BBQ lunch there?am open to ideas,i dont want to dictate what everyone "has to do" on the cruise just need to know some numbers,so i can maybe organise some other goodies thanks again rodney

yeah,sorry everyone,had a few beers last night before posting this up.sunday the 22nd will be the day.ive also organised for the restaurant where i work for all the staff to donate all their tips aquired for the next month or so. if anyones got ideas on some other things we can do,feel free to make suggestions thanks everyone! rodders

hello all SAU users as we all know there has been some absolutley devastating bushfires in victoria.im particularly close to this tradegy as a i grew up not far from marysville(which is now completely destroyed) some people have lost everything.and ALL money will be donated to the bushfire appeal.i urge everyone who is available to come down to victor harbor for a drive(can get us looked after at a local down there if we get the numbers up) its a good cause everyone,please get behind it and show your support.when we get some numbers up we can all suggest a meeting point in or somewhere around town,make a suggestion and the easiest place for all will be where we meet. if we make it there for lunch i can organise it cheap at a good price and maybe some drink specials if the numbers a decent as well. i urge all available SAU members to make themselves available on sunday,and lets raise some good coin for the poor buggers who have lost everything.lets put our club out there and be known for doing the right thing instead of people just thinking that we are hoons. donation per car will be 10 bucks and all proceeds will go to the bushfire appeal PM me back with RSVP's and meeting point suggestions thanks SAU rodders

update! tires are 235/45/17 all round (blue streak stillettos on front 95%,sava intensa on the rear 80%.cant find offset will have a closer look later any questions,promptly and honestly answered

hey,dont think i like my rims on the stagea,so if anyone out there wants to do a swap for some different rims im open to offers.will update in the morning with offset and all that.pretty well brand new set of tires on at the moment,95% tread,225/50/17 i think.cash adjustments if required or if your tires are f**ked.would love some R34 GTR rims,if not will settle for R32 GTR rims.the rims have some minor gutter rash(missus normally drives an excel) and are powdercoated white.one is quite filthy at the moment due to a split CV boot but will give a good clean before sold. offers taken all round,as im not real sure what i want,we'll just see whats out there thanks alot rodders

hey greg,ive got a series 1 RS4 and same thing,but my 4WD light has been on ever since i bought it,previous owner said its on because its in 4WD mode...?talking shit i think,car goes in on tuesday for 100,000 service,restoring rev limiter/speed cut (last japanese owner removed it) and a decent tune.will definately mention 4WD light issue to them and see what comes of it.will let you know mate regards rodney

hey,doing 100,000k service this week for my stagea,and will have all parts that have been removed up for sale. im changing the waterpump while everything is off (no problem with it,just doing it anyway while were in there) will still be good for a while ugraded my plugs to NGK platinums so have a fairly good set of NGK iridiums spare, (part number PFR6A11) also pulley tensioner is getting done (still fine but just doing it anyway) also the timing belt i someone wants it,seems fine also. chasing -$50 for the set of plug $50 for the waterpump $25 for the pulley tensioner $10 for the timing belt i want some stuff for the stag so can swap plus cash adjustment either way if required(front bar,rear sway bar,other suspension goodies) buyer pays postage.if someone buys the whole lot ill post it for free withing oz thanks for looking rodders
