do you think i'm better off just taking it to an auto electrician and getting someone to do another rego check/fix up? saves me a load of bullshit really..

bought my car off my mate, who's an auto electrician, and a douchebag. edit: and is being lazy and won't help me with anything on the RTA inspection sheet, it failed on; component: 1). steering component under bonnet and vehicle - rule 103.02 2). lights - rule 106.02 problem: - excessive free play due to wear - tie rod end -front park or side lights not working/damaged i bought new globes, replaced them, and still only one headlight works, wtf? (maybe something to do with fuses and/or the earths for the headlights? and wtf about the steering stuff and tying rod ends?
