i have a 96 s2 33 with light mods, am covered with just car for 14k...just car the way to go

i had a similar issue where when it would drop, it would drop straight down the stall, or bounce a bit at 500rpm and die or go back to normal idle, what i did was increase the idle revs and that solved it

cheers jonno but my mate went out and brought one for his 32 so we tried that and it sorted out the problem.

Ok so went to get the car tuned and boosted today only to find out that my boost controller is faulty, wont hold pressure, so just wondering if there is a place where i can buy just the solenoid to see if that helps, its a Greddy Profect B Spec ii, Electronic Boost Controller, any help is appreciated

thanks patty option 1 is looking the way to go the kits comes with another manifold that i will use as im sure mine is leaking will i need the coilpacks? will be buying new dump and mabye screamer

ok so a few things now my SAFC and a z32 wont be enough? ill have to get a APFC? yeah forgot to mention i have a profect b spec 2 EBC turbo comes in a lil kit thingo with a new manifold to fit and im getting a new dump to fit i really only want to hit 400 to say that i made it just to boast would be real happy with 350 ish i might give it a go installing it with myself and a mate that knows his way around things... so wont need to upgrade coilpacks? will save some money and go towards some other things if i dont

i think the reason its illegal is because it is then an insurance liability, walk away with it on someone jumps in you claim...all coz ur silly, that way it being illegal you cant claim= same money for insurers... im just assuming here

Ok Planning to upgrade from stock snail to a larger shell, just checking i have what i will need to go ahead with it all baisically i have all the usual mods pod FMIC zaust HD clutch SAFC (not in or tuned) planning to upgrade to a Garrett 3076R will be getting: the turbo exhaust manifold 38mm external gate new dump and front pipe 3" injectors ( some info needed what size should i get?) 044 fuel pump (enough?) tune coilpacks Will be getting it tuned at hyperdrive, and depending on the cost possibly installed as i dont have the know how anyway hoping to push 400 just to make it then probably run 360-380 is that reasonable with these mods? or am i aiming for the stars with a bow and arrow? any advice is appreciated if there is anything else i will need please let me know as i dont want to find out i have missed something when i go to get it done also what boost can i push safely through this turbo and my 25det? cheers again Daniel

i've had my car 2 months and racked up 6000k's already, its a decent trip to work everyday and going to bunbury almost every weekend gets the odometre going good aswell, in saying that its never failed me

i rang and asked andrew at hyperdrive in malaga its 150 for a tune and 150 to install the unit, thats for a SAFC on my 33 25det

i would have to go a TT supra, a decent looking car with a big exhaust and 2 big f**k off turbos pushing bullshit boost

wrong, you can test your battery with a multimetre, just throw the metre accross it and start it, check the voltage it drops to, if you wonna check amps make sure you connect the multimetre in series with the battery or you you could seriously damage the metre/yourself
