sounds like cam angle sensor take it of to see if barb on cam has been snapped if a little chunk if metal comes out you need new cam and sensor if not has to be shity conection in ignition system maybe plug loose if that doest work ill have to look at it in person

sounds like internal wastegate problem maybe needs to be replaced sounds like the actuator is sticking the same as what my car was doing
