Joe Bellissimo started following Possible In-car Entertainment Sponsor (trader)?
-
Gday Guys, I'm not actually a Skyline driver, I'm actually an audio buff. I'm here to find out if you guys would be interested in having an In-Car Entertainment sponsor (trader). My company is an online dealer of car audio products primarily specialising in European car audio but also including specialty lightweight and easy-fit audio gear. Let me know if you guys would be interested in having an audio sponsor. I look forward to hearing from you all! Cheers. BTW could an admin or the owner please contact me regarding becoming a trader as well?

Hey Kev, You remember these rite? http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au//index.ph...mp;productId=52 -
All brands have their place. If I had the choice of using a high quality Italian amplifier or one of the Option Audio or Jaycar amplifers then I would choose the Italian one. I would get a lot more quality but my wallet would also be substantially lighter. As for the wiring rules, keep your RCA cables away from your power cables, simple.

Easiest way to power a system like that: Quality: http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au/index.php...mp;productId=12 Value: http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au/index.php...mp;productId=38 Good pair of Splits for the front: Italian: http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au/index.php...amp;productId=5 British: http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au/index.php...mp;productId=52 Good installers? Are you closer to Sydney or Newcastle? Newcastle: http://www.shoppingsecure.com.au/index.php...mp;productId=43 Syndey: I will need to get back to you if its closer Everyone was throwing in their opinions I thought I might as well throw in mine!

You will want something that will run at a 2ohm load and take around 800rms. http://www.vibeaudio.co.uk/products_global/spacecbr12/ One of those would be sweet
-
That amplifier is far too weak to be getting the full potential out of either of those setups. The Soundstream sub can be wired at 1 or 4 ohm which isn't what you want to do with that amp.
-
I don't doubt that its possible.
-
In all honesty, your budget will define how close you will get or how much better it will be. Realistically, what sort of budget would you have in mind to achieve the results you are looking for?
-
I presume they achieve that result through the use of MANY speakers including smaller subwoofers. Any good system would be balanced but I'm sure you could achieve similar results with one good set of speakers in the front with a good quality installation along with a nice subwoofer in the back.
-
Can't tell you, they didn't post up enough information. I would recommend getting a good cable kit first so you don't have to rewire it when you decide to upgrade. Those look really thin...
-
Hook it straight to the battery =] The fuse will prevent it from frying your electrical system. Then run a cable onto the body of your car for grounding. That amplifier looks extremely weak. You will get sick of that very quickly unless you go out and swap your car for a hatch back . I guess that Ebay deal could work if you just want something to fill in the bass. Just make sure you have the appropriate outputs on your head unit to use it. And do keep in mind, if its on Ebay, its on there for a reason.

Whats wrong with $200 RCA cables? If your going to be using Steg amplifiers like me then it makes a lot more sense
