heya guys im in the middle of doing a rb25 conversion into my r32 gts-t. After talking to the person who will be engineering it all is saying that it needs the standard airbox for him to pass it as an acceptable conversion. Now my problem is i dont have an airbox for my car as when i bought it only came with pod filter was just wondering if i use the r32 air box or the r33 airbox and does the r33 one even fit? then that leads me to the next question would anyone have one i could borrow just to pass my engineering or if anyone has one i can buy off them? Looking to get it all done fairly soon as my car has a engine with a stuffed head and instead of just machinceing the head and replace the bent valves i wanna do the conversion to a rb25 as i have wanted to do it for a while. thanks mark.

heya guys im looking for a rb25det with wiring loom and ecu just wondering if anyone has any idea where i could find a decent set? or if anyone locally has somehting would be even better let me know and also rough prices its for a conversion in my r32 as it blew the motor...grr mumble...oh well excuse to make it better thanks mark

The workshop i work at is next door to jim kershaws smash repairs so i have seen the quality of work he does which is very good and he is normally spot on with figures i have had a fair few repairs done by him to family and freind cars and the cost he charges is pretty good compared to other places and he is also VERY good with older cars. sometimes if its relativly simple he will tell you how to do it and wont charge. mark

oh i was talking to the panel beater there waiting for an assesment but he reckons its a write off by the looks

heya guys my names mark im a 2nd year apprentice i just recently purchased a 1989 r32 skyline which is black in color with a gold pearl through it specs: rb20det with 25 turbo (dunno if different) tein superstreet coilovers with rose joints up front a hicas lock bar 16x8 eneki racing wheels hybrid front mounted intercooler gtr body kit well front bar and skirts 3 inch exhaust from turbo back into a 5 inch or 4 inch cannon cant think of anything else atm lol future plans when the rb20 eventually dies wanna put a rb25 or 26 in it depends on what money allows and rb25 box set of 17x8 and 17x9 gold drifteks or polished ssr professor sp1's same size build the engine up to i dont know thinking 200-300 kw set of bride reclinables hoping to get it out and about soon.. i use to have a gold 180sx which had a cwest body kit and ugly as sin 19inch gestalts which where replaced with 17x8 and x9 black drifteks but was stolen and burnt dunno if i met any of you b4 but i had it out at one of ur meets a while back will be out and about next friday will anyone be at the meet or to cold? enjoy
