Anyone else got some idea's? This is really starting to frustrate me.

I actually was told to check the ECU was plugged in properly and I completely forgot so I will try that asap. As for fault codes that's when you plug a laptop into that plug under the dash? I haven't I assume my mech did but found nothing. He told me it needs to stall and pretty much not start again for him to be able to diagnose it.

It's doing it at random, could do it while accelerating could do it while slowing down and dropping revs and it will do it while stopped idling as well.

Yea mate. I don't think it's the BOV though.

So I've been having this issue lately on and off where the engine looses power. The best way to describe it would be it's like turning off the car except all the electrics, dash, lights and everything else works perfectly it's just the engine cutting out. I've had it into the mechanics and like usual they couldn't get it to do it. So they have given me the usual check list. Wriggle the loom with the car running and try to cause the problem, change AFM and back the BOV off a bit but I'm still having this issue. The problem is it might not do it for a day or two then just when I begin to think the problem has gone, BAM cuts out again then it will play up every 100m. Sometimes it will only loose power for a split second other time it will do it for a 30 or 40 seconds. It happens any time from being stopped at lights to cruising at 100km/h. Normally it will stall then I will turn it on and it fires fine for maybe .5 of a second then it stalls do that 3 or 4 times till it finally stays running. I have noticed when it has stalled while the revs are still dropping if I hold the accelerator in the boost gauge moves from vacuum to 0 and I can hear a slight sucking noise. I'm not sure if that has any bearing on anything or not but it's about the most I can come with. The fuel gauge is also playing up which has me thinking maybe there could be an electrical fault in the pump craddle somewhere and the fuel pump is loosing power. Anyone had this problem before or does anybody have any idea's of what else I could try? It's really doing my head in. Also the car is relatively stock just has a front facing plenum, front mount, exhaust and boost-T. Thanks

Yea will need to be rolled for sure, I could even handle a little bit of pumping but only slight. I'm more worried about hitting struts or something like that.

So I've found some offsets I like, i'm just not sure on size. How will 19x9.5 +13 Front and 19x10 +9 Rear go on a Series 1 R33gts-t? The 33 I looked at had 18x9.5 +13 Front and 18x10 +9 but the rims looked a little small. Anyone able to tell me if the 19's will rub anywhere?

Spotted the matte black 33 with orange rim's Saturday night at Kearny Springs. Limiter bash from like 2km away and still clear as day!

Guys I'm finding it really hard to get an idea of what parameters to choose for my r33 gts-t. I just need visualization to see what different offsets look like, I'm not imaginative enough lol. Anyone know of another thread or something? I've tried searching but can't fin anything.

Will attempt to make it to the cruise to brisbane work stuff permitting. Should be able to make it to the april meet also. There is definantly a lot of skylines in town would be good to see the community grow.

Hey mate, Thanks for the help, I did it another way but the way yo just described might have been easier when it comes to putting the new motor on. We unbolted the whole winder assembly and took it out then zip tied the window up it seems solid for now just have to find another motor now.

If it works in the drivers side of a r33 series 1 gts-t I'll take it depending on where you are located.

Hey guys just wondering if anyone could explain to me how to get the window up till I get a new motor? I can still here the regulator clicking so it must be the motor (for the second time). Thanks
