  1. overfenders would be like a bolt on wide body kit kinda thing... like the 20-30mm wider front guards you can get and the bolt on rear guards etc etc...
  2. that's not a bad suggestion, john's a top bloke. i shall keep it in mind.
  3. lol! well i'll do my best to get this happening... but we need to start with a place i think... once i have that i can try to organise everything else around it
  4. lol!!! was gonna ask how you knew it was me without them.
  5. woot! I was spotted
  6. kool kool. they're both owned by greater union? sorry, i've looked them up on the net and this seems to be right? any one have a contact email for them or anything? Cheers.
  7. but they sit open at idle (sucking in air AFTER the afm) so you can't vent them directly to atmosphere (learnt that the hard way)... they suck air in at idle causing stalling and rough as guts idle. mine had an adapter kit put on them from the previous owner in japan. they vent to atmo and cant suck in any air
  8. progressing really well guys. keep the ideas coming. I like the one about vendors too i'll look into drive-in's any where else you'd suggest? (where is a drive in in sydney?)
  9. thank you. i thought it sounded good too... but where could it be?... i've got 1 or 2 ideas but i'd like to see what other people think.
  10. positive it was a gts-t... see it every day whilst waiting for the bus... someone on here?
  11. always one wanker in a crowd isn't there....(assuming that was sarcasm in your voice) any CONSTRUCTIVE comments???
  12. Hey guys, i was thinking the other day (quite painful it is... don't plan to do it again any time soon ) What about a Jap style swap meet? We could go to a carpark somewhere (would need to be big and open and have free parking and not interrup people's social lives) and we could sell / swap parts amongst each other... I'd be willing to do some organising and arrange for food vans etc to be there as well. i think it would be an interesting day, bring your cars, parts and accessories you have for sale and try and sell them. (if it where successfull we could hold them regularly as well ) gimme your opinions guys. Cheers, Dave.
  13. LOL!!! go the big brother system this reminds me actually... i saw a 33 (GTS-t) and an fto havin a go on talavera rd the other day... either the 33 was running bad or the fto had something damn good done 'cause the fto was keepin right up there next to it. was awesome to see though, sounded tops!
  14. won't go on any GTR as they're different front to back yeah?... 18x12 rear, 18x9 front...?
  15. obviously not all rice... some people either can't read or just can't help themselves. free bump for ya mate, i remember when it was in hot4's. not a huge fan of the front bar but still a very nice car!
  16. yaf28f: ofcourse it's legal... you can get a video camera out of the boot and start filming if you like
  17. Hi mate, they should bolt on without a problem (i had them on my gtr then dummy fitted them to my old gts-t - both R32)... do you know anyone with one in sydney who can do a dummy fit though? shoot me off an email and we'll try organise something. [email protected] Cheers.
  18. Got my 32 GTR in, replaced a clutch after 12 months... bought new wheels for it ('cause i wanted to) and done... havn't had a drama with it yet (touch wood) So there's one good story for yas my advice though, don't get a GTR if you're "on a budget" you have to maintain the things remember... servicing every 3 months is gonna add up
  19. If someone buys them i won't have to...
  20. Bump. Guys, please don't sms me at 1am with offers under $200 for this.
  21. look for rust in the sills and the rear wheel arches. look for fading, rubbing and burning in the seats / interior look to make sure any mods in the enginebay are done properly not a cheap-o solution... run your finger down where any pannels join / where ther's a gap in panels (ie door to guards etc) and make sure the gap is flat and consistant
  22. bumping
